11/15/25: i placed my order at 7:01pm - the tracker never updated. i called the store at 7:47pm and was told that they were making fresh bread - but as i was told that i received texts from uber saying my order was being processed and would be picked up. it seems my order went unnoticed until i called, then they began making and processing it. i stated that i wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund due to it already being almost an hour behind. she agreed to cancel it. well, my order was not cancelled, the uber drivers continued to attempt picking up my order and i told each one that my order was cancelled and to not pick it up. i called the store again at 8:04pm to ensure it was cancelled and she stated that it was - however that is not true becuase they gave my order to an uber driver for delivery. i texted that driver to not deliver the meal as it should have been cancelled as i requested. i have reported this to their feedback page. this charge settled in my account… i expect a refund.

I got a sandwich from here and the quantity of mustard put on it was frankly insane. way more mustard than any normal person would put on a sandwich. it was like they squeezed a quarter bottle of mustard on the sandwich. literally get your shit together

I understand that everyday isn’t perfect! But when you work in the food service industry, the word service should stand out. Far too many businesses in the industry have employees that have things going on outside of work that they carry behind the counter. Friendly, and enthusiastically ready to provide CUSTOMER SERVICE! We can’t all get it right every time but it takes nothing to smile and try!!

OVERPRICED GARBAGE!!! For $15 for a sandwich and chips I can got to a sit down restaurant and get 10x better food this is crazy don’t support this robbery!!!!!

I had ordered something one day and they forgot to deliver it. And they kept my money. I contacted them and the assistant manager above and beyond to make my experience better. Shree hooked me up and made it better. I know nobody’s perfect, but how you fix things matter. Thank you To the assistant manager.

This has got to be the slowest fast food restaurant EVER! You can pretty much expect to wait for long periods at the drive up. No apologies for my wait, it has become ridiculous. JJ you've had plenty of chances with the outcome always the same.

**AVOID** this location at all costs. Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes after having my order taken... upon pulling around the back of the store to leave (since I wasn't going to wait any longer) the drive-thru kid is smoking with the delivery guy.

I order from Jimmy John’s a lot, this was my first time with this location. If I was able to do 0 stars I would for sure. Whoever dropped the food off left it in front of my location when I clearly asked for it to be handed to me. He didn’t speak to anyone, thankfully my team was paying attention otherwise there’s no telling what could’ve happened to the food. Also the sandwich was made quite sloppily and wasn’t even cut when it was a specific instruction I asked for. Extremely dissatisfied and yall definitely need to check your delivery drivers and let them know how to conduct themselves, cause that ain’t it at all

These guys are rude and incompetent. Messed up our order and claimed the fault was their driver called off so they used Uber. This sounds like a you problem.
