Ordering online was so convenient and easy , I received my lunch in a timely manner šš¾ also my sandwich itself wasn't bad at all. I had a turkey sandwich with bacon they definitely could have put more than one piece of bacon on there, but all in all, the sandwich was great šš¾.

In line with other reviews, portions here are smaller/shorter then brand standards. Told this this is a franchise and I confirmed that this is due to management decision. Amount of meat for $9 sandwich is absolutely ridiculous.
##Follow up to response... Sandwich ingredients were ok but not fresh, nor was it dynamite, most certainly was not perfect.

Great service and friendly staff. Food hit the spot
The manager here was a B****. My food took an hour and a half to come. I tried to cx my order after an hour and 20 min due to getting other food on my lunch hour. They said it was on the road and after 20 min it still was not here. They could not cancel my transaction because my food was out on the road already . She said they were over loaded and had no help and wasn't even apologetic for the delay. She was mad at me for wanting to cancel. I said its not my fault it took to long. They didnt let me know it was going to take that long. She said they cant call and let people know that on orders. I cant help they did prepare for their day to be busy. I refused the food and have contacted cooperate. I have friends who own franchises and they are appalled on how I was treated. They are helping me to report this location.

Probably the slowest delivery I've ever had from a Jimmy Johns. Every time we order from here they take lover than literally anywhere else. We give them a try like once or twice a year and it never fails. Slowest delivery of anywhere. If you want a sandwich from here just go to the store. I promise it will take less time than a delivery.

I came in yesterday to pickup lunch as I usually do and was very disappointed with my usual order. The sandwich was smooshed, had barely any meat, and was 2.5 inches too small. I chatted with someone yesterday who said I would be contacted and I never was.

I placed my order at 1220. I didnāt receive my order until 130. I had called to make sure my food would be fresh when it did finally get delivered. The person was rude and dismissive. Once I did receive my order it was wrong. You can also tell that they smashed the sandwiches. This is by far the worst experience Iāve ever had.

It was absolutely horrible service. I had never ordered jimmy john's before and I walked in expecting some kind treatment and help. I walk in to three employees with headphones in and one of the rolling their eyes when I walk in. Already not feeling welcomed. I go to order my veggie sandwich and my cashier never talked to me or replied to when I ordered. I then asked for no cucumber or tomato and still no response. i then asked what all came on it, reminder i've never ordered here before, and they simply pointed up to the menu and said "it's right there". I went ahead and finished my order and sat down. No have a nice day or thank you. I sit over by the pick up area and the person says order number 6 is ready. I was never told I had a number so I was confused. I go up and ask if it was the veggie sandwich and the employee rolled their eyes and said "yes it is on the wrapping paper. I walked away about to cry because I was never treated so badly. They never once talked to each other, all had headphones in, all were constantly on their phones, and genuinely just seemed like they have never been taught customer service and manners at all. Thank you for making this one of the worst food experiences i've had. These employees need a thorough talking to about customer service and politeness because i will never order at this location again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always check you sandwhiches. These kids can't make a sandwhich to order if their life depended on it. I think they hire exclusively employees on the spectrums

I love this place but they didn't cut my sandwich in half. I had to whip out my Boba Fett OTF and cut the sandwich myself! Then I poked myself with the tip of the knife and almost cut myself!

Thereās a young girl with glass and acne that is the worst employee Iāve ever dealt with. Rude af for no reason even shook her head at me for taking more than 3 seconds to grab my sandwich (which wasnāt even right). Giiiirl good luck cuz you aināt ready for a real job.

I've been ordering from this Jimmy John's location since I began working hospitality almost seven years ago. The food is always great. Fresh, delivered quickly, always so kind and professional when I call to order. They have never made a mistake on my order. Food is always fresh and that's why I still order from them almost seven years later. No one in Southport brings me food faster than this Jimmy John's location.

The employees were not friendly at all. While having my order taken I was being stared at like I was bothering her.They are all on their phones and too worried about the gossip to greet you or say thank you have a nice day.I came up to buy a brownie after my meal for my son. I waited behind another customer having issues with a gift card. There was one worker standing at the counter typing away on her cell phone. She looked up at me and went back to typing away. When I got to the register and ordered the other worker told me the total and went back to her conversation she was having with one of the other girls. When my card transaction was approved I didnāt get a thank you or anything she didnāt ever stop her conversation to acknowledge the payment was complete.Then the worker was sitting on the counter on her phone. For the amount of money you pay for food you would think they would pay a little more attention to the cash paying customer instead of their phones and drama conversations.
