They have cut back on their meat to the point it’s like eating just bread and lettuce. I’ll stop coming to this location.

I arrived at 11:00am on a Sunday morning. I ordered a #5. I ordered on wheat bread it didn't seem fresh extremely hard exterior for fresher baked bread. Might want to check to ensure that you are serving fresh bread each day.

The quality of food is not quite as good as it used to be. They changed something over the last couple years. Overall still a great sandwich and consistency across different locations. My biggest complaint is you cannot change locations on your recent orders. I want the same thing but from a different store. Plus the app has no idea where you are. Why is it suggesting a store an hour from me when I am 2 minutes from a different store.

This white red haired manager was very rude and her service was horrible. I asked her to remake my sandwich bc i watched her drop mayo on the table and scoop it on my bread. she yelled at me and was very rude!!

Yesterday got food from here food was old they food is not fresh made me sick and the dude in the front I waited on him to start his shift he had the nerve to try rush me like what yall hire anybody I really want my money back they knew that food was bad ask them ?s they attitude stinks im sick of places and people like this can’t even enjoy a meal I payed for

I was at this location Sun 30Dec2024. I was very patient as I went 35min after they opened. I ran one card twice and another once that I was told did not take, so I pay cash. To now see all three transactions went through. I attempted to contact the store with no luck and encountered a rude employee.
I have now contacted corporate and am waiting on a return call.
I will not return to this location

We were excited when this opened several years ago in our neighborhood. We would order dinner on a busy night and it would be delivered quickly. Then, as time went on, delivery would take a very long time. And then, delivery stopped all together so we started ordering to go. Fast forward to now. Ordered to go. We can’t go in to retrieve our food we already paid for because there’s a sign on the door that the lobby is closed. Drive thru only. So now we wait in the drive thru, only to find our food hasn’t been made yet because there’s only 1 employee working. Bottom line, we are done here. Until the owners pay people more, things just continue to get worse at this location. The woman working was very nice, working hard, and I’m sure frustrated. Where is the owner?

I placed a mobile order at 2:27 and the app said it was ready to be picked up 2 minutes later. I arrived at the drive thru at 2:38 only to be told i had to come inside to get my order. When i came in, i was told they were still waiting for bread to come out of the oven, and it would be a few minutes. No one could tell me why it said it was ready when it clearly wasn't, and they were rude about me even asking.

My last 5 or so trips to this location have been disappointing. Incredibly slow service, even to the point that ordering online 20+ minutes before pick up still doesn’t help.

My most recent trip resulted in us leaving without the two sandwiches we paid for in advance online because the store is out of bread. I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ll be going to a new location going forward.

Worst and rudest service ever at a Jimmy John’s. Received multiple orders messed up or with wrong ingredients. Last time trying to go they locked the doors with 20 minutes to closing and told me to use the drive thru. No thanks, I will go spend money at other establishments.

Freaky Fast, Freaky Good! Paying the same amount or more for a Subway sandwich makes 0 sense. Better bread, better meats, better store...Just better. Period.

Vegetarian options: You can get a veggie sub and stuff. Not certain if that's applicable, as I'm not vegan.

Parking: Free, easy parking. Handicap accessible parking.
