Uber deliver to wrong place they fixed right away.

I appreciate that an all African American staff was so professional and so quick and I am saying this as an African American woman. That has experienced so much bad service from others: they did their thing in the store

This store front should change its business hours. I arrived in the drive thru at 9:50p, sat there for several minutes with no one to take my order. So I pull around to the window and was told by an employee that they close at 10p and was told it was too late to place an order. The time was 9:54p. Will not return to this to store to place any future orders. I am also a Jimmy John’s rewards member. Ur loss JJ!

Incredibly clean inside

Waited at the drive through for like 5 minutes and no one answered, I'll just take my business elsewhere from now on and I advise anyone reading this to do the same.

I placed a delivery order. Driver did not meet me like I requested. Instead, he placed my food on the ground behind a trash can in front of the hotel. He also did not bring my drink. When I called the store, the gentleman who claimed to be a manager couldn’t have cared less. He simply said “that’s Uber’s fault since they brought your food”. He was rude and didn’t give a rip about anything I was saying. 10/10 would not order from here again solely based on the attitude of the “manager”.

The Chicken Caesar Wrap was great and the chips were fresh. No napkins were placed in the bag even though I requested them. Also, I ordered off the direct Jimmy John’s website for delivery. They outsourced to Uber and it was a little confusing. All in all food was good and I would recommend if you need something quick.

Tried the turkey picklewich and was not impressed.More pickle than turkey and even the employees don't like making it.Would not pay $8.71 again.Hardly any turkey.See photo that I posted.

Bad training or something at this location

Came and ordered a Pepe. Cashier was rude and sandwich had 2 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of cheese with little to no lettuce. Very disappointing.
