The manager in there greets people by asking them if they’re going to buy something if they want to go wash their hands before they order it’s not a bad area so I found this to be bizarre.

Every time I eat at this location, the manager is always friendly and makes me feel welcome. One time there was a mistake with my sandwich and they fixed it immediately! One of the best locations on this side of town.

Beware. This location stops making food super early (8:30pm on a Friday). The website allowed me to place order and processed payment but when I arrived the employee canceled my order. Have to wait for refund. Should have offered me the brownie and bottle coke at least! Employee was polite just think it's absurd they stop making food and close so early on a Friday and terrible online website design that would allow me to order and pay if they can't fulfill . Most food websites are set up to say no longer processing orders at this time. Wouldn't have even tried had I known (location by my house closes at 2am on Friday and pretty sure it are open past 10.

Workers were nice. I ordered 5 sandwiches, and had added cheese to 3. 2 were missing completely. I also ordered a halved pickle that was missing that was extra as well. Overall food and service was okay, just not happy to not have order correct.

Appreciate Fonzo for his service. He was doing work in the back n stopped to take my order n make my food while 2 guys that was up front just stared at me n didn't say anything like they didn't work there.

I ordered food for delivery to the hospital around the corner during my shift and the food never came. When I called the first time someone said the food will be to me in 5 minutes. The food never came. I called back and no one answered the phone. In the app it still says “Out for delivery” almost 12 hours later

I sat there for 15min before they even started making it and then a new employee cut his figure while opening the bread and kept making the sandwich. Not one to leave bad reviews but this was wild…

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered an Italian Night Club from this establishment and when I went to take my first bite my mouth was on FIRE. Why? Because they covered my sandwich in green AND red jalapeños. Nowhere in my order did I ask for any form of jalapeños on my sandwich and this sandwich does not come with jalapeños on it! I wholeheartedly believe this was done on purpose due to my last order with them being messed up from start to finish and I called in and asked them to correct it. I will NEVER do business with this establishment again.

I have been here multiple times in the past couple months to get lunch for work. I have also done delivery and everything is always as expected. They also brought out my pick up order out to my car for me since I didn’t want to leave my baby alone. The workers are always super nice and helpful!

From the bottom of my heart and soul I want to say thank you to the lady at the front counter with the shaved sides haircut. She went above and beyond to help me with something not related to food service. She is all around an AMAZING person and has such an awesome mentality and attitude. She helped us move a car that died right outside the store and she will never know how appreciative we all were for her services!! :)

We waited for over an hour to receive our food and when we finally got the notification that it was delivered, it infact wasn't. Called the store and talked to the manager and I was told that since they did not have any delivery drivers that they cancelled the order. He did not call at all even though he said he did. He said they were extremely busy and that he couldn't call, contradicting his previous statement and yet he still pushed the order through and said it was delivered. Do not order from this store. Have had issues like this very one in the past.
