Do not order from this location , this is my last time ordering from here (had sandwiches delivered frequently in the past and there was always issues ) . Today I used uber eats to order a toasted sandwich, what I got was anything but toasted , I also had a regular coke that was on my order and what I got was Diet Coke , I called and she had the audacity to tell me that I pressed the wrong button when ordering and they had my order listed as a regular sandwich. Please se the below screenshot from my order , it clearly states it needed to be toasted . I hung up because there was no reason for me to argue with someone who has 0 accountability for their job . This location needs to be shutdown or hire new people who actually care . Do not waste your money here , it’s not worth it

Do not order from here, horrible customer service , I order a toasted sandwich to be delivered, what I got was anything but a toasted sandwich to. It is not the first time this happened, A few weeks ago I order a combo , and only the sandwich was delivered , no drink .
Please save your money and spend it somewhere where customer is truly valued. Never again for me

I have never had so many bad experiences with an establishment like I do with this one. I genuinely don’t know why I keep going back. This company has built its platform around “freaky fast” delivery so why does it take over an hour every time I order from here and my office is right next to the store? Why do I continue to get OPENED stale chips, mediocre sandwiches, and warm sodas? Trust me when I say BELIEVE the negative reviews. Everything that is being said about this location is true. They have terrible customer service, terrible food, horrendous wait times, and rude delivery drivers. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Placed a catering order last night. Shortly after, they called to cancel due to running out of bread. How does that happen? It doesn’t at a well ran store. Surprised corporate hasn’t taken action due to the horrible reviews this store has received. I don’t think I have ever seen a JJ with reviews this negative. Really disappointing!

Ordered online and they did not get anything right. You would think what you would want to add or take away, that who ever is making the food was able to understand. Plus if I order off of the app or website, I would expect an employee to deliver my order not a secondary party.

The girl at the register told me that I couldn't get my sandwich toasted unless I put mayo on it! I'm not sure when this rule went into effect but I've order there recently and had my sandwich toasted without mayo.

On a previous visit my order was missing items.

This location is poorly managed and definitely needs some changes

I ordered 2 Italian clubs, 1 chocolate chip cookie, and 1 sprite. The order was delivered quickly but they forgot the cookie. So I called to tell them and within 10 minutes they delivered that single cookie right to my door! Excellent service and the sandwiches were delicious!

I get deliveries from this location and it’s really inconsistent. Their motto is “freaky fast” but I ordered 40 minutes ago and it still hasn’t even left the restaurant. Mind you I live less than 2 miles away.

The manager in there greets people by asking them if they’re going to buy something if they want to go wash their hands before they order it’s not a bad area so I found this to be bizarre.

Every time I eat at this location, the manager is always friendly and makes me feel welcome. One time there was a mistake with my sandwich and they fixed it immediately! One of the best locations on this side of town.

Beware. This location stops making food super early (8:30pm on a Friday). The website allowed me to place order and processed payment but when I arrived the employee canceled my order. Have to wait for refund. Should have offered me the brownie and bottle coke at least! Employee was polite just think it's absurd they stop making food and close so early on a Friday and terrible online website design that would allow me to order and pay if they can't fulfill . Most food websites are set up to say no longer processing orders at this time. Wouldn't have even tried had I known (location by my house closes at 2am on Friday and pretty sure it are open past 10.
