The room layout at this location is horrible. I walked in and could not figure where to place my order or pickup. There was no greeting for me gravitate to when I walked in. When I ordered I asked about my receipt which was not given to me until what I had ordered was called. The calling order was based on what you had ordered versus a given order number/name. I had to verify if I had ordered the correct sandwich because I didnt recall the sandwich number on the menu.
I placed an online catering order for 30 and when I went into the store i realized that I had placed it for the following week by.mistake. The lovely lady told me it's no problem at all and she would prepare the food for me. It was actually lunchtime and the store was Soo busy and the staff were Soo Soo helpful and wonderful. Special shout-out to everyone there . Thank you all sooo much ..the most exceptional customer service...
I would have given it five stars but they don't get the option to have the bread toasted if they also gave a different option besides having your sandwich made out of bread possibly tortilla rolled up remember this Jimmy John's if you have more varieties but if the more varieties you have the more customers come in the door to try out and I don't expect to please everyone but a little surprise with a nice vinaigrette of a salad and roast beef that's sounds...
