So this was 2 days ago and the lil stud in thier think it’s over she abt to see she tried the wrong one I went just to get my food she was so weird she threw me off made me forget to ask for the extra stuff I needed on my sandwich when I did this b gone say next time ask before like who u think u talking too I laughed and was calm cause what she has a terrible attitude when im walking out the door she like happy black history month trying to be funny I been calling they want put the manger on the phone what the fail to realize I don’t let nun go when somebody tries to disrespect me I eat jimmy John’s all the time I don’t even wanna eat from thier her vibe is bad she needs to be fired period

I got the 2 new pickle sandwiches. They were amazing and well put together. My only complaint is that they no longer have the yummy Jimmy's seeded mustard. That is the worst mistake they could have made. It was and still is the best mustard ever. That hurt my heart. Ik that some of that Jimmy's mustard on those pickle sandwiches would of been amazing. Will i go back honestly idk cause i always got their sandwiches because of that mustard and i would add extra to my sandwiches now im kind of like whats the point. The sandwiches are ok but that mustard made them great. I gave the food a 2. They were good but i really had my mouth set on eating them with the mustard.

Placed an online order. They were behind, but that's not where the problem lies. When I got my food, each of them called me sir or ma'am and laughed. I'm not a sir. Maybe next time, just say have a good night like I did. Thanks for making me feel uncomfortable because yall like to joke. I appreciate it. My sandwich, the bread, was hard. Could barley eat it a video below of me tapping my nail against the hard ass bread, while the other sandwich bread is fine I love getting day old bread and being called sir or ma'am like yall are funny. Won't be back. Won't recommend for anyone to go their.

I was a customer in your store today. My sandwich was made, but nobody called my name when it was ready. I asked the store manager about it, and he proceeded to verbally assault me. Sceaming and yelling as I walked out the door. I re-entered the restaurant to see if there was a manager present, and it turned out that he was the manager. I proceeded to speak to the GM, who happened to be on site, and watch the two of them engage in an intense confrontation while customers watched. Actually, it wasn’t the GM who was shouting, it was the store manager, David. David likes to use swearing and intimidation as tactic with both his boss, and customers. Didn’t land today, bud. I felt like I was in physical danger as David refused to stop yelling after several attempts by his GM to de-escalate the situation, so I finally decided to leave. I will be contacting corporate and may be filing charges with the local police department. Do NOT even think about entering this store. You will regret it.

This is my second review. I've submitted a complaint here and with the link that was given with the response to my review. My timed order came over 2 hours late and arrived smashed. Store owner does not care or reply to complaints. Avoid this location.

I had a timed order scheduled for 12:15 and didn't recieve it until well after 1. Called at 12:45 and they said that it was out for delivery and would get to me within 10 minutes... I didn't recieve for another 30 minutes. No apology or explanation from the delivery driver and they had obviously dropped my order at some point because it arrived smashed. Definitely will be avoiding this location in the future.Edited to add I have already used the link in the reply the day it happened and haven't heard anything back.

I've never received an order in less than 45mins after ordering. Typically it's 45-75mins to receive a delivery. Today, I waited two hours before calling and canceling the order. Dude on the phone said it should be there in 20-30mins, short on drivers, blah blah blah.Update - Canceled my order over the phone and they still charged me for it.
