Friendly service with the classic JJ taste i can depend on but hardly anyone was there. Don't be fooled, it is open even though all of the window lights are missing or broken. I almost passed it up thinking the location had closed. Corporate needs to get some repairs and updates done so more customers know they are there.

Vegetarian options: One clearly marked vegetarian option but adding most veggies is free so you can jazz it up however you please.

Dietary restrictions: The 'Unwich' lettuce wrap and various tortilla wrap options can replace the bread on any sandwich they make to accommodate a low or no carb diet. Inform staff of relevant allergies and they will change gloves and utensils without hesitation.

Parking: Adjacent to the Castleton Square Mall. Even if the lot were full, a short walk from the vacant former Sears lot adds more parking than any customer could dream of.

Kid-friendliness: Little John and slim sandwiches are great for little hands and picky eaters.

Wheelchair accessibility: Convenient ramp and 2 handicapped parking spots by the front door.

I ordered my food at 11:10, said it was out for delivery at 11:50. I called at 11:20 to say I didn’t have it. I looked outside and my order was sitting there. I have no idea how long it was there. No one knocked on my door and the app never updated. I only live 5 minutes away. Literally. Their delivery times are crazy

The food was good and fast, but I went through the drive-through and did a pick up order, but they did not put any napkins in the bag. So I had to eat it in my car with no napkins. Please have your employees put napkins in to go orders, especially in the drive-through

Never fails! I’ll just go to another spot before I come here AGAIN! just horrible, order half the time and after hour 1/2 goes by, I call the store “ohhh we don’t have a driver for the night, I tried to call you” you didn’t call cus my phone didn’t ring. Order today, driver wanted me to come outside to the car to get the order and he didn’t even have my drink, looked lost kept saying “uhhhh uhhh, my bad shiiitttt I can bring it back to you after my other orders, can you you just wait to eat your food and wait for me to bring it back. He never brought I back lol and I didn’t wait, I went and got my own drink

Order a sandwich on 03/01 to be delivered across the street at the mall because I can't leave my job. I got notification the person delivering was almost there. I went to wait and they did not show. I called the number and the driver spoke no English. I called the store and they said the doubted I would get my food because they were using a delivery service during the evenings and they spoke no English and could find me in the Mall. They said they would refund me so I got something else to eat. The driver ended up delivering the food but let it set up front and left.

I do not recommend. I ordered the BBQ Ranch Chicken Crunch Wrap. I have ordered this from other locations. It was missing the crunch elements and I was not informed they were out of the ingredient until I asked about it.Halfway through the wrap and it was missing any meat/chicken inside. See photo. I politely asked if they don’t mind giving me a little chicken since it was missing on one side of the wrap. They tried charging me extra for the meat.Horrible customer service and they do not look out for their customers nor try to make up for anything. Customer service 101 is lacking.
