I ordered 1 sandwich .... with 1 instruction. No Mayo. I was the only customer. They had multiple employees. They couldn't handle the task. I was excited to have a Jimmy John's across the street from my hotel these next 8 weeks. Sad face.

All I gotta say is BEN was awesome!! As I am a OTR TRUCK DRIVER this man went above and beyond for me. Might not mean much.. but BEN THANK YOU BROTHER FOR making a bomb sandwich and telling me about the rewards program.

Stay away from this place it's the worst, the employees laugh in your face when you ask for something extra on your sandwich. They think that we weren't going to pay for extra toppings. Those ppl are rude.

Solid food place. Delivery made it expensive as it cost an additional $4 fee on top of tips. Hunter's club sandwich itself was great. I like that it was highly customizable and could add a lot of extras for free.Dietary restrictions: Fully customizable menu and ingredients.

Why do I get sick every time I eat here?The taste isn’t bad, and is not a bad sub overall. I use to think JJ was top 5 at one point, then I had DiBella’s subs, Jersey, Mike’s, PennStation, and Sub 8. Wow was I mistaken.Chain food done poorly. Is the meat frozen? Do they use old meat? Why does the bacon always taste like rubber? I would rather you be freaky slow with high quality food then freak fast to my mouth then out my a**. ?The bread is ? and is why they got two stars. The chips are good also.Won’t be back.

Attaching The sandwiches I received this evening. Called and spoke with a very defensive manager. I just didn't want to pay for this, was willing to return sandwiches. He argued that he made the sandwiches himself and before sending photos he mentioned that he could “see with the turkey Tom why I would say that”…? which is even worse in my opinion. Why send it off for delivery then? He would not give me anyone’s names or emails to contact so here I am, sharing them for him so he can hopefully see them.
