Hispanic girl working at 5:10 pm on 11/23. She had an airpod on, rolled her eyes when I asked her to leave the inside of the bread in, and throw my sandwich when she was done. This is the third time I'm in the location and she always gives attitude. If she doesn't want to work, why she doesn't quit or better fire her. She is giving this restaurant bad experience. I'm not coming back, I'll go to Mcallisters even if I have to wait for a few minutes for my food.

If I could give this location and its staff 10 stars I would. I have Celiac Disease and because of these people I can eat my slim 5 unwhich (umwhich?) three days out of the week.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. The cashier on 11/3 at 5:15pm was cold and uninterested in performing her tasks. Her coworker had to get her from the back room, when she approached the register she rushed our order, despite us being the only customers, mumbling throughout our interaction.
The woman who made our sandwiches did so easily and with a smile at the end. She told us to have a good night while the cashier scowled at us during our departure. Feigning mild interest would have drastically changed this customer experience.

Our experience was very different from the reviews below. Both employees were wonderful and kind. Very professional. Service was fast and efficient. The food was delicious. I will be ordering food from this location again. The employees even quickly helped someone who arrived to pick up food. They double checked the order before the customer left to ensure all items were in there. The establishment was also clean and tidy. I didn't go into the bathroom but the place itself was clean. Please go eat at the restaurant yourself and don't be swayed by the negative reviews. I hope my review helps. Keep up the good work guys! ?

Do not go here they are very unprofessional and very rude . Employees are sitting around on there phones bathrooms dirty entire store filthy . Would not recommend nor be back ever again . Watch out for people making ur food there is somebody that’s sick there working around people’s food ! Very disgusting!

Had a terrible experience from this location. Hispanic female came to front counter, did NOT acknowledge me with any kind of, "Hi, welcome to Jimmy Johns what can we get get started for you?" Instead, she was annoyed I was there as she walked up to computer, started punching around on computer, looked up at me and said, "Yeah." I brushed it off, started ordering as she hurried my order along with, "is that all? Is that all? Is that all? Is that all?" Now, I'm annoyed. After specifically asking for items to be added and taken off my sandwich another employee had already started working on my sandwich before I paid, and the employee I was initially dealing with (who I believe was a manager) didn't communicate what I asked on/off my sandwich. Of course, it was being made wrong and I stopped her from making it and the female at the register says, "well, she's already started on it, so...." and I interrupted her immediately saying, "that's NOT how I asked my sandwich to be made, either make it right or cancel my order." I ended up paying for it because the line worker threw away the sandwich she was working on after the commotion at Front counter and said to the other employee, "why didn't you tell me how he wanted it?" Won't be back to this location, especially with the 'stellar' customer service.

Came in today at around 6pm. The girl that took my order was not pleasant or friendly at all. I ordered a Vito and let’s just say I’ve had better ones.
I've ordered on their app many times, and I've maybe got 1 order out of 10, right. You have to actually verify each time, or you'll end up getting what i got: meat cheese bread. No lettuce, dressing, jalapeños, onions, mayo as requested.Reading or service is not a strong suit.

This is the worst JJ's in Indianapolis. They never have delivery turned on anymore. Probably because they can't handle it. The delivery driver they did have was a terrible driver (He almost hit me in a parking lot nearby) They don't even care that they are terrible. Gotta love the responses to the reviews from the 'owner' "Share your feedback with the owner"Wait, what?!? and WHY? How about the owner just hop on google to read all of these poor reviews?
