I've ordered on their app many times, and I've maybe got 1 order out of 10, right. You have to actually verify each time, or you'll end up getting what i got: meat cheese bread. No lettuce, dressing, jalapeños, onions, mayo as requested.Reading or service is not a strong suit.

Ordered online through app. Received text saying it was delivered. Never received order. Called store and girl told me nothing she could do so I was just out my money and food. DO NOT ORDER from this lazy location.

This is the worst JJ's in Indianapolis. They never have delivery turned on anymore. Probably because they can't handle it. The delivery driver they did have was a terrible driver (He almost hit me in a parking lot nearby) They don't even care that they are terrible. Gotta love the responses to the reviews from the 'owner' "Share your feedback with the owner"Wait, what?!? and WHY? How about the owner just hop on google to read all of these poor reviews?

Ordered delivery, it took an hour and half to get to me, wrong drink, wrong chips, sandwich missing toppings. Save your money go somewhere else.

I placed an order to be delivered and waited 25 min. I called she said the order was on its way. I waited another 20 minutes still no food. I went into the store and the order was never made. No apology and I had to ask for my money back. Which she said she was going to do but again no acknowledgment of their mistake.

The food is okay. It's Jimmy John's... the sandwiches are always the same and that's why we come to the restaurant. The music in the store is way too loud. I can get past that. However, the biggest issue was that the cashier was drenched in either cologne or aftershave and it was so strong, we smelled it at the front door.My wife has mast-cell activation syndrome and can have allergic/borderline anaphylactic reactions to certain smells. The cashier's cologne was so strong, that we had to leave the store as she began to have one. It got so bad that her throat closed up, she had trouble breathing, she had a run-up on her heart rate and she actually threw up in the parking lot. It took at least an hour and anti-histamines to get her back to a somewhat normal state.We've been in other restaurants regularly and don't normally have an issue. We've been in other Jimmy John's restaurants and been just fine too. This was one of the worst reactions that she's ever had and it was all because of one person's extremely strong cologne. It was enough to gag a normal person on a good day.I know one can never 100% get away from colognes and perfumes in public, but in food service, you should not be drenched in the stuff so much that the entire store smells toxic. It causes headaches in some and can be potentially life threatening to others.Based on this, we probably won't be back.Also, (and this is just my opinion based on observation) I honestly think the cashier was allergic to it because his skin was bright red where we think it was applied.(for reference, this was about 2-3 weeks ago and I'm finally sitting down to write this review)

I ordered a delivery from this location and received my sandwich that was made wrong. This happened last time as well but wasn’t mad because mistakes happen but it happened again. When I called they said they would remake it and send it out, but they resent it and never called back. Would not recommend coming here cause now I’m out money for food I never received.

Had to cancel after not receiving one sandwich for almost 3 hours, the distance was less than half a mile away. First time I called to cancel they even hung up on me! Like I get sometimes they can get pretty busy but I am like going home from work by that point. Really left a bad taste in my mouth. Not a good location

You are truly better off ordering anywhere else but here. We ordered 2 simple sandwiches that took over 2 hours to deliver less than 2 miles from this location. In this delivery, they forgot 1 of the 2 sandwiches. When talking with the staff and manager on duty about the unreasonable delivery time and missing item, they were incredibly rude and unhelpful, stating they only had one driver so that's just how it is. The gentleman who helped remake my sandwich was very pleasant, but I should not have had to go in person to pick up from their mistake they didn't own up to. Would never, ever recommend coming here.

Ordered for delivery for our office, maybe 3-4 sandwiches and 2 hrs later still never received our order. Tracker is saying it’s been delivered but we never received anything. This seems to be an ongoing issue at this location and the manager should really be looking into this as I feel the driver is stealing/eating the food.

Got it delivered, they never marked it as delivered in their tracker so it sat outside for 20 minutes before I had any idea it was there. Then I had no straw and the drink was the wrong drink.Three strikes you’re out, messed up my order too many times.

I had to wait for 3 employees to finish their personal conversation before they acknowledged, or spoke to me even though they were standing by the register. They put enough hot peppers for 6 sandwiches on my 1 sandwich. Lastly, it was a slow afternoon with a completely open parking lot and yet they still felt the need to park their delivery vehicle in the handicap spot right in front of the store without a handicap sticker or plate. One day when they or a close family member has a mobility issue they will understand how inconsiderate and disrespectful this is.
