I’m in town for a conference at the convention center and went to this Jimmy John’s for lunch. The area’s great to walk around, and the service here was awesome.
The delivery guy greeted me as soon as I walked in and jumped on the register since another employee was preparing an order.
I ordered the Pepe and a fountain drink. No joke, before I even got to the soda fountain, the guy making sandwiches in the back called my number. I had to double-check with him if it was mine because it was so fast.
Super friendly and efficient crew. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Wish I could give more than 5 stars
Will cancel your order out of nowhere.
Had a large boxed meal order and everything was done and ready to roll, bagged up at the appropriate time.
Thank you!

Staff is rude! Called to let them know that bread was not baked completely and I could I get another and return the undercooked one. Tbd worker challenged me and told me I was incorrect and said what did I want him to do about it. Worse customer

Love it here. When I first moved here and was nervous on my first adult job, this place brought me comfort. The familiarity of being able to eat something consistent and tasty is fantastic.Homies here are real too. Everybody I've met that works here is cool as heck.

Huge fan of this Jimmy John’s. When I’m on the fence about where to go to lunch, I go here because the people are awesome. Devonee (I think that’s your name based on my receipt if you’re looking) might be the main reason I come there. With no exception, he always brightens my day. Thank you, and keep it up!!

Ordered a sandwich (#11 Country Club), add pickles but when I received my sandwich she said “Add Pesto”, so to fix the order, she gave me an entire pickle. Not a slice, the entire pickle.Sherri went above and beyond (a WHOLE pickle) to correct the miscommunication, and provide exceptional customer service.

Overall 5☆This location gets extremely busy but the team hustles. I go for lunch once per week and the regular day staff during the week are awesome. My food is always made right and many of the staff know me by name now! Highly recommend.

Not freaky fast at all. Employees are lackadaisical, and this was during Gen Con, a very busy time.Had very faulty equipment and they didn’t know how to use Apple Pay. Just a bad experience overall.

We don’t eat at Jimmy Johns, but we’re traveling through, staying at the nearby Marriott, so I am completely unaware of their process for ordering. I ordered 3 sandwich meals from this store. Cost me $42….. this is the Big John sandwich, the gargantuan and capacolla same way. No toppings whatsoever, they slapped on some meat, no even a lick of mayo or mustard. Forget about lettuce and tomato! Who does this!! Didn’t ask if we wanted anything on the sandwiches, I assumed they came with…sandwich toppings!!! And I was stupid enough to tip them🙄😡One and done with Jimmy Johns and that was a BS thing to do to a customer 😡😡😡😡
I went here for a quick lunch, and I was rather disappointed. No hate to the person making my sandwich who was also the person taking my order who was also answering the phone who was also the person taking mobile orders--in fact, he's the only reason I'm rating this two stars and not one. He was the only guy in the whole place, and he was doing EVERYTHING. I've never been to a Jimmy Johns and its not assembly line like Subway, and he was so kind to explain what each menu item was and what comes on what. Top-notch customer service, but on that note there should be others there. Bro needs a break.I got my sandwich, cookie and drink and took it home. Everything I asked for was on it (nothing on the person who made my sandwich who was also...), but there was only a little mayonnaise and the bread was stale like I was eating croutons. The ingredients were all there, but between the lack of mayonnaise and the stale bread it wasn't that good.I also got the chocolate chip cookie, and I never thought you can mess up a cookie until I got this one. Granted, not bros fault because it's pre-packaged, but when I took a bite into that cookie it was also stale! I know some cookies got a crunch, and I like crunchy cookies too, but that wasn't a crunch--it was a CLAM! It hurt my teeth when I bit into it, but nothing to tell the doctor about. They must be getting the cookies from the stale bread supplier! The thing that saved my meal was the soda. It was a simple soft drink machine--I filled the soda myself and drank it. It tasted exactly like what I got, nothing special but it was the star of the meal.TLDR: Get new bread and cookie suppliers and GIVE BRO A RAISE
