Ordered just one Giant Italian and my first time trying a drive thru. Not enough onions and sauce or oil. Too salty as a result and there were only 2 maybe 8 to 10 inch so I thought it was a giant cut in half. Over $19.00 for 2 maybe 9 inch max subs.

I found a long black hair in my turkey sandwich. Threw the whole sandwich away. Not sure what's going on with that but watch your hairs please.

I ordered through the app, I upgraded to a large beverage and there maybe was half an inch left in the cup with no ice! Ordered a plain sandwich and got one and a half pieces of meat on it. The other sandwiches had the same amount of meat and the tomatoes were bad! Won’t be going back to this location again.

Meant to leave a review in May. Staff are excellent. I made a mistake in my order, when I noticed it, I returned and they remade my sandwich to order, at no cost despite my error. Really appreciated that as I was on a budget. Great guys who make the best version of what Jimmy John's products offer.

Would not go here again. App has rewards that you can’t claim at store apparently, big waste of Time. They made me reorder everything in order to claim app rewards.
Service was pretty bad, manager was quite rude in a passive aggressive way.

I stop at this location at three times a week and there is one of your workers that has the worst attitude for customer service I've seen. It says order taker name is Skyla, a white lady very rude threw my change into my hands gave me my sandwich very aggressively. Doesn't she realize she can be replaced with someone who wants a job. By the way you chose your career path. Get it together or find another place to bring down....
There ended up to be more oil and balsamic on my lap than there were ingredients in the wrap itself. I took a bite out of curiosity and trashed the rest. Terrible.

What I really don’t like about this place the guy takes your order. He messing with the earpiece on his head with money debit cards, The register and then think he supposed to put his hands on your sandwich. I have told him more than once do not mess with my food and you keep touching that earpiece other people before you I’m sure wear that earpiece And I’m looking at him he never changes his gloves I don’t like nobody being nasty too many germs out here I spent 40 something dollars every time I go
