Best sub sandwich place , The Gargantuan is the Bomb, It's pricey but worth it.
Ordered a combo….they did not bring my drink. I called and they denied it. The driver hung up the phone. I called back, they answered and hung up, I called back again they answered and hung up. I called back the third time and they talked with me, but claimed they delivered it and then they didn’t. Said they left a drink with two orders. That drink was not even close to what I ordered. I do group orders from them frequently and they had made mistakes with those. Just own the mistake and send out the drink again.
Closest one to me and they get.my order right! Get lunch as always!

I paid $10 for a sandwhich to only get one piece of meat. “literally “, you get more at subway the Jimmy John’s. When asking about the $10 special I was told that there isn’t a special. Even though it’s being broadcast ALL OVER TELEVISION. Smh I couldn’t make this up… Pictures prove it.
I am so upset that customer service now days doesn’t even exist. I respect those in the food industry. But just like when they make their Sandwhich it’s a nice size do the same for your customers. Very disappointed ☹️

Arrived at 8:45 and found doors locked. Called the store ( while standing outside). Was told to come to the drive through window and that they’d take care of me. I walked around to the window (maybe a 30 second trip) and fella tells me they just put up all the ? but if I was down for a veggie sandwich they could make it happen. What the what? I get it being a Sunday and all but seriously, if the hours posted aren’t the actual hours of being open and serving customers then get em updated. Hadn’t gone to JJ’s in a long time, thought I’d try it tonight….looks like I’ll not be trying again ??Good thing the smells are free cause a dude can’t buy a sammich!!! Best of luck to ya
