I just called this location and had sandwiches delivered the driver pulled in front of my house i waved at him he backed up in the middle of the street took a piss then pulled in my driveway when i ask what he was doing he replied looking for your house then i could smell the alcohol so i went out after he left and took a picture and call the manager said he couldn't fire him it had to be the GM lmao never again.

I like them (jimmy johns), way better than Jerseys Mike, JM has no flavor, jimmy johns does, JMikes remind of the thin meats at subway without flavor.😆

So DoorDash told me they couldn’t tell me where my sub was after waiting 1 hr for 1 sub and a soda? So I called the store, talked to some Jabroni who told me he too couldn’t tell me where my sub was lol. But then ended up telling it was out for delivery and he actually could see where my sub was like why lie? 0/10 don’t recommend

Messed up my sandwich AGAIN. Gave me somebody else’s sandwich AGAIN. Spoke to a manager and he was nice informed me to come back on tomm and give his name. Next day (on my lunch again)Told me he had to speak with the other manager. Then said, he would call him to verify even-though the young lady who gave me the wrong sandwich remembered me. He left out that part originally (about calling). There is no way I would’ve treated a customer this way. Of course I’m upset. I will Never come to Jimmy John’s again. Customer beware…double check your food at this location.

Food is always good but they have forsaken their delivery slogan. It is no longer freaky fast, freaky good. If you order delivery through their website they will pass it off to an Uber eats driver who will do other deliveries and pickups before yours. This has happened twice to me now. If I wanted to use Uber eats i would have went through them.
The manager was very helpful and had the staff working efficiently.

This place is better than Subway. I ordered the number 11, and my husband ordered a spicy chicken wrap. It was so good. Even the ice!! If you like to crunch on ice or crave it, they have the best ice, too.

Sat 12July2024 at 4:23 -When I walk in tbe guys are talking to their friend " I suppose cane to visit". Once I got their attention he rang me our, I ask about my rewards, he canceled so I could enter my phone number. Knowing i had a free sandwich I asked " Do I have any rewards " to which I was told no although I knew this was not the case, I left as I was running late.
I think I will not visit this location again.

This Jimmy John's location is definitely the best in Indy. The staff is friendly, fast and accurate. The dining room is clean, stocked and orderly. If you're around this one, it's definitely worth the visit!

Enter the North Shadeland store. I was greeted with warm, hospitality welcome. The two young men and young woman was very very nice and well dress. My exit was the same energy leaving. Good job Jimmy John’s and great team.
