I got a great sandwich from Jimmy John's today! I asked for extra lettuce and got it! I didn't ask for napkins and I got napkins. I'm not sure why you have to ask for them at other restaurants??? Great service too.

Came in Thursday evening.. staff greated me as I walked in, friendly atmosphere. The store was clean. Didn't have to wait long.. I will definitely come back.
I came into the JJ today asked for a combo meal while my partner got a sandwich and drink. After I received my sandwich I asked for my chips to which the employee said I didn’t get chips. I asked why not she said I didn’t order chips I informed her I asked for a combo so she sarcastically responded “sure you did.” “I did, could I get my chips?” She then stated that’s capitalism and I’d have to buy chips they don’t come free…. I never asked for free chips I just wanted what I ordered. The disconnect came because the gentleman who took my order didn’t ring me up for the combo.she called the police on me because I was trying to explain that I did order chips , I didn’t see the receipt till I asked for her name which she initially refused to give. I asked for corporate number since when I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager. She told me “it’s on the wall” I stayed in the store as I talked to corporate, she created a hostile environment and the customer service was all around rude. I stayed until the police arrived and he said it’s a civil matter and up to corporate. Since there was no cussing, property damage, or signs of wrong actions on my part I am at home as I create this review. Very disappointed in how the process went. And if it goes further I will ask corporate to review the cameras and hopefully they have audio clear enough to capture what happened there today. The food itself was good the service was not.

Freaky slow service, ordered online and it wasn't ready 15 minutes later, they we're just starting it. Shop was empty. I stood at the counter for at least 2 minutes before either worker acknowledged me, only one was actively working on my order. The other was just standing with his back to me. I had to ask for my cup. Soda area was gross and crusty. Bread was hard on one end and the meat portions are ridiculously small. I love Jimmy John's, but this location is awful.

Brittany is the only staff member that does not make you feel like a burden for coming in. She does not rush you when you order and make you feel bad when you want to change things.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s. Cashier was quite possibly the rudest individual I’ve ever encountered in customer service. Sandwich was made incorrectly (maybe the cashier would have entered it correctly had the sandwich maker not kept coming over and giggling with her, while asking her to push his sleeves up) and apparently they do not heat up the bacon before putting it on the sandwich. When they remade it I asked if they always put cold bacon on sandwiches and they said yes.

I brought forth an issue and the manager on duty told me to google the number for corporate/IT refusing to give it to me.
The store manager called me after that just to tell me “to get over it”
This is terrible customer service. Not every human being thinks and operates the same way. If they can’t comprehend that, then they shouldn’t be working in a public facing job. They need to seek other employment.

Placed online order at 11am. Called at 12:45 to ask where food was. Got excuse that there is only one driver today with no way to contact him while he's driving and food would be to me soon. No option to cancel and no offer of refund on delivery fee. Now it's another 30 mins later and I'm just dreading the hot, soggy sandwich I'm going to get. I tried calling back to say I want my order canceled. First time I hear the voice of the same woman who I spoke the first time. She groaned and hung up on me before I could speak. 2nd time calling back I got a screeching noise. Third call I got an answer and said I wanted to cancel my order. She said okay and hung up on me. I already filled out the online feedback form linked on previous comments, but I'm leaving this review to warn others because, based on the 1 to 5 star ratio, I frankly don't trust the ownership of this store to care enough to fix this issue.
