About half the time when I pre-order a sandwich to arrive a few minutes before my lunch break, it doesn’t arrive until 30 minutes AFTER it was scheduled to. Why bother having the pre-order option if they aren’t going g to deliver at the scheduled time?

Came to this place to pick up my mobile order 2 employees was having fun on their phones while one girl cleaning the lobby after standing there for 5-7 mins the lobby girl came and ask me what do I need I mean other employees saw me but refuse to come to register to help me no wonder their ratings are low if you don’t want to work than stay home what a pathetic customer service.

Ordered the new Chicken Bacon Ranch (added cucumber). There is more tomato than chicken, barley any lettuce & no bacon. Soggy and room temperature. Very disappointed!

Ordered food online 20 minutes prior to arriving. Upon arrival I was informed ALL the bread was burned and would have to wait at least 20 minutes. Ridiculous

Such a bad customer service. The employee was rude and super rude and rude. The oven was already off 🤔🤔🤔 I got a toasted sandwich cold. I’m paying full price for it and the guy wasn’t even nice about it.

Went in for a sandwich, girl who helped me was perfectly nice. I ordered my sandwich with no tomato and a 6oz tub of kickin ranch. She then asked multiple times to what I assume was the shift leader/manager on duty where more of the tubs were cause there weren’t any in the small fridge by the chips. She asked a couple times and neither of them gave much of an answer. When given my sandwich, the ranch wasn’t in the bag. I asked about it and he got all frustrated, got mad at the girl who had asked him multiple times, and huffed and puffed while getting it for me. Then i get home and there were tomatoes on the sandwich. I checked the receipt, it says no tomato.
