Literally just left and had to ask the worker to change their gloves after they took my money and then proceeded on to make numerous sandwiches!! I also asked for a receipt after she told my husband the machine not working it worked fine after that.

They are ridiculously SLOW. I placed an order via the app and it didn’t even leave the store for delivery for over an hour! Delivery also takes at least 30 minutes usually and I live less than 2 miles from the store. This has not happened just once, but often. Sucks because I’d order more often if it weren’t for the service
I live less than a mile away. I was sick, so i ordered delivery. It took almost two hours, I had to call twice, and then my order was completed wrong, ice in my drink was melted, and the sandwich I didn't order was hot frim being in the car. I have never left a review before, but how much food abd delivery costs now, customer service should be able to accommodate a simple order that required 2min of delivery travel

I said I would give this Jimmy John’s one more try but every time I come in here they’re rude as hell. Walked in tonight it took the girl behind the counter almost a 1 min to stop her convo and turn around and acknowledge us. Then asks “yall know what yall want?” 🙃

Freaky slow more like. Placed an online order for 2 little John sandwiches to be made ASAP. We arrived 20 min later and they said they were “working on” our order and then we proceeded to wait another 15 minutes in the store for them to make it. Three workers and over 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches? The only thing I recommend is avoiding this location.

Ordered back in November with an over 3 hour wait for delivery. An insane amount of time to wait for "freaky fast," but it was a rainy Sunday so I had some grace. Tried again today, a sunny Thursday afternoon. No updates 45 minutes after ordering, no one answering the phones to cancel, even JJ's corporate customer service line had no answer.
