Took an hour and a half to get a veggie sandwich delivered 1 mile away. Drove up and asked for it and they told me the delivery driver should drop it off in 10-15 minutes. 6 employees doing absolutely nothing. Refused to make the sandwich. Will take 1.5 hours to get a sandwich, was informed this was typical.

Called to complain about a wreckless driver almost hitting me. Shift leader or whatever he was also had attitude. Wanted me to name the driverAlso said he would have to go through all the tickets to see who it was and didn't have time. Or inclination. Told him that's a reason for not patronizing JJ and he said go right ahead. Totally inept.

3rd delivery order in a month. Same situation. My order arrived 1.5 hours after placing the order and then it arrives and it’s not correct. I can understand being short staffed but the least you could do is ensure accuracy of the order!!!!!

We ordered food for delivery. It took over 2 hours for them to not deliver our food. We called numerous times and every time they said it was on the way. Eventually they stopped answering our calls (we ordered 3 hours before close). A waste of time and money.
As with other lower-rated reviews, over a one-hour wait for delivery. I ordered directly from the store. Rather disappointing.

This is a good Jimmy Johns and I never had any problem eating here dozens of times. I had a few incidents where I ordered online for completion "As soon as possible" came 15 minutes later, and my sandwich still wasn't ready. However they prepared it immediately after I showed up. I found that if I requested a specific time online, it would be ready at that time

Combined order time of past TWO orders is 4 hours and 10 minutes. Freaky fast my arse. They don't even bother answering the phone. Of course it's Broad Ripple so they may be getting locked down as bullets fly outside. Regardless, not ordering from them any longer.

Ordered after a late shift at work an hour before closing and did not receive my order until more than 90 minutes later. Manager confirmed my order was received after calling 30 minutes after ordering and assured it would be on its way. An hour after ordering I called back and he admitted it was made after the first call and stated it was on its way. I live about 10 minutes away. Freaky fast is no more.
