No more freaky fast delivery. Our past 3 deliveries have taken over 2 hours. This is a problem when paying over $30 for 2 sandwiches.

Wow, customer service is out the window. The girl who took our order was incredibly rude, wearing headphones, no smiling, didn’t say hello, super mean and rude. The service was awful. Asked for a bag and was told whatever, had to grab my own bag. If these are the type of people they employ, purge it and start over. I’ve worked in customer Service the majority of my
Life and I would NEVER treat anyone as horrible as we were treated.

When I looked at my sandwich I said to my self, it's really narrow as in diameter round , so when I got home I unwrapped it , and it was bearly any meat on it , I been going there for years, and other locations, 8" cost me $10 so dispositioned, I want be going back , charging more , less portions like everyone else, inflation as the excuss.

I placed my order at 12:08pm. At 1:10pm, I called to inquire about my order’s status. The gentleman who answered the phone said the driver was already out with my food and would deliver soon. My order arrived at 1:18pm. The driver was very rude and seemed very disinterested in delivering food. He almost dropped the bag while handing it to me and didn’t even flinch or help me catch it. He just continued walking. I will no longer order from this location. I will be driving to Castleton to pick up my order instead.

I have never had slower deliveries in my LIFE than from this jimmy johns. It honestly nearly made me stop eating Jimmy johns altogether because I couldn't get my food for at LEAST an hour. This place is ridiculous.
