Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza

I love jockamos! The 4 cheese pizza is amazing and the breads ticks are great too! They have a meat fight or one with a lot of meat and it was honestly really great too!

Catherine was fantastic! Her customer service was outstanding! She is very attentive. We had an issue with our order and she helped out tremendously. Thank you again Catherine!

I had a pretty solid review of this place almost a decade ago, but they have either gone downhill or my tastes have changed, because the last couple times I've been here have been very unpleasant. No complaints about service or facilities, but the pizza is just... not good. Terrible crust. It's like a thick, stale saltine cracker. I don't know what kind of cheese they're using these days, but it reminds me of melted plastic. None of the other toppings are good enough to make up for those two crucial pieces being bad.

As usual, the pizza was very good. The Slaughterhouse 5 has always been one of my favorites.

There were a few issues with service. The first is when I arrived, I said we needed a table of 7. The young gentleman said we could sit anywhere. We then went to put together 2 tables. A woman approached us and scolded us stating we shouldn’t be sat until the entire party was there. Her rudeness didn’t exactly set the stage for a pleasant evening. If we would’ve been told that up front, we would’ve waited. The second issue is we asked for separate checks and explained how they were to be broken down. The server still got it wrong and had to redo a few of the checks. Not a huge deal, but she could’ve noted how they were to be done to avoid more work for herself.

The major issue here was how rude the one staff member was. Those things is what makes people not want to return.

Went to a birthday party here. I would be livid if it was my party. Very mismanaged. No salad tongs available. We were given a fork and tablespoon! Not enough plates or silverware. What? They were told and reserved in advance. Ran out of chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. Pizza was delicious but the whole venue was mismanaged. I would think twice about having a party here.

Always clean, always family friendly. Great prices, plenty of pie! Had the pesto this time with shrimp and everything was incredibly fresh. Manager was making the rounds checking every table every 5 minutes or so. Couldn't ask for better service and attention. A MUST eat if you're in Indianapolis.
