Jordan's fish and chicken

I enjoyed my meal. I ordered the Large Tilapia Meal. The fries were delicious. The pieces of fish were large. You get 3 pieces with a large order. The only thing I would change is the ability to pick the flavor of Faygo you can get with the meal. I was given grape but I would have picked the red one. I recommend you try them.

Jordan's Fish and Chicken has always had wonderful customer service, and AMAZING chicken! They have some kind of secret in their powdered seasoning and they season their fries with the same magic! If you love chicken, you won't regret this option!

Guys beware of this store, they are overcharging and secretly adding extra cost to your bill. On the afternoon of 3/8/2025. I went to order the 20 piece wings and 2 onion rings. It says $32.99 ( with fries) on the poster, but there was a whiteboard on the counter with price of items written with marker, on the white board 20-piece says $34.99( imagine the inconsistency in their price). The guy who took my order entered $36.99 into the register, onion rings 4.99 then tax of 4.17..Then I asked why he entered $36.99 for the wings when it says $32.99, he told me he added the tax, then i asked why he added another $4.17 as tax again . The guy immediately became rude and disrespectful and said he wasn't going to serve us again. because i found out that he added extra cost to my bill (trying to steal from me). I got the encounter on video( if the owner wants it). We went to the Jordan's on Lafayette road and to my surprise 20 piece was only $27.99( with fries and 2L soda). And the food was better and staff was more respectful.

After watching the video of all the food is on the floor made me sick. Rats running around the food and not running from people, telling me that they are use to people. Just nasty

I called Jordan‘s chicken on Crawfordsville Road to place the order and I was trying to tell the guy who answered the phone how I wanted my chicken cooked and he told me he has other customers he doesn’t have time for that. I explain to him that I’m also a customer and I just want my Food to be right. He went on to say That he has other customers in the store and he doesn’t have time for me to tell him how I want my food cooked poor customer service. I will never eat there again.

Terrible experience. Didn’t even get to order after waiting 10 minutes. The guy working said he couldn’t take our order because there were people ahead of us. By the time my daughter and I got in the car we saw both people inside get their orders and leave. Time was 3pm on a weekday so I’m not understanding why they couldn’t allow us a to go order. Don’t waste your time.
