Jordans Fish and Chicken 86th St

I went into this establishment on 11/17/2025 and spent about $25 on two orders which consisted of 4 pieces of fish, 6 wings and fries. Once I received my orders the cook/Cashier tried to charge me 50 cent per sauce and I never paid for sauce at this establishment before. Like no sauce with all of this food that I had brought! Then he proceeded to tell me that he will give me one sauce for each order. Like what!?! I need 2 hot sauces (fish and Chicken) and 1 mild (fries) for each order he still proceeded to charge for the sauce so I asked for my
Money back and he tried to accuse me of stealing a soda!!!!! Like if I took an extra drink why would you let me?!? He only tried to insult my character because I wanted my money back!!!! Don’t not eat here go to sharks down the street they give you all the sauce you want for free! I do not recommend this establishment if you like sauce for your food because he charges 50 per cup!!!

When I say I love this place I absolutely mean it! I get the same thing every time! A spicy gyro mainly! I’ve been coming back here for my gyros for over 4 years now! I’ve got my favorite person here that works here, Omar! He Recognizes me and my dad every time we come in, and already knows what I want! And the food does not disappoint! My dad is more adventurous than me when it comes to the food! And he also loves the food here! Customer service is on point, the food is on point, and the atmosphere is so chill!

Jordan’s never disappoints. The 5 piece tenders is big enough to share with 2 people so u can eat pretty reasonably there. Many items on the menu.

Great food! Great service! Brought the guys here for lunch and we had the catfish and fries and it was delicious. The fries are tasty. Co foreman had the gyro and said it was off the chain.

Didn't tell anyone that they get a drink with the lunch order. I had at least 4 other people pick up their lunch and they never said anything about grabbing a drink or that it was included.
