JORDANS FISH CHICKEN & GYROS (86TH ST AND DITCH)

I always get the fish and fries that comes with coleslaw that is always good however tonight the coleslaw tasted like it was spoiled! Fish was dried up as well!

New management really cares about serving good food.

It might be a great place and I showed up just after 10pm with closing 11pm and grill shut down. What a bummer. I was going to order a gyro and a Philly cheesesteak.

Pulled up to grab two large catfish dinners and a 20-piece wing meal—total’s $62. I hand the guy a $100 bill (you know, actual U.S. currency), and he lets out this dramatic sigh like I just asked him to solve world hunger. Then he goes, “You got anything smaller?” Nah bro, I don’t. I was literally given that cash to pay for the food.

So now he’s fumbling around the register like he’s never seen money before, then asks, “Can you just pay with a card?” Like I didn’t just tell him I had cash. At that point I’m like, “Forget it, I’ll go somewhere else.” Then suddenly, it’s “I’ll do it, boss—the food’s ready.” LMAO. Nah, keep it. If it was that easy, you could’ve done it before acting brand new.

Let’s not act like this was a $6 order at a taco truck. It was $62. You’re telling me a whole business can’t break a hundred and give back $37? Nah. You just didn’t want to walk to the back and grab some change. That’s not policy, that’s laziness.

Whole vibe screamed “I don’t care if you spend your money here.” Cool. I won’t. Hope the wings were worth losing a customer over 3 minutes of effort. Pathetic.

Excellent chicken wings with the lemon pepper seasoning. The onion rings and bonus fries were also top notch

Only delivered 2 out of 3 of my order. Expensive to be playing and can’t provide a refund. They hung up in my face and then told me to call “menu star” . Bye never again.

Had the Gyro with fries they put too much sauce on it and didn’t put any tomatoes on it it was soggy and tasteless

Hi I was wondering if I could get a partial refund? I just ordered a 2 wing + catfish lunch combo. Fries are great, the wings are delish

However the catfish smells very wrong and tastes rotten. I am not able to eat it. Even my 2 cats wouldn't eat it so I think something was wrong w the fish 😭

When I come to Indy, I always come to the 86th St Jordans fish and chicken. My family LOVES it and so do I, the food is absolutely fantastic and the staff is very friendly. The only thing missing is a large chef salad offering as a healthy substitute for fries. Best to call ahead early, especially on the weekends!

Old fries burnt should have been thrown away. Chicken tasteless and one looked like someone ate from it. It’s because of the eaten chicken or what looks like eaten chicken I’m writing this review. This isn’t the first time they’ve served bad chicken either to me. This is my last time ordering.
