Terrible place . While I was walking in a customer walked in at the same time n return a thing of food which he claimed was the wrong food . They gave him the right order n he walked out when they opened the container the customer had already started eating some of the chicken . This man put the chicken back in the oil with some new fries to give to me thinking that I wasn’t looking . When I told him about it all of a sudden he is acting like his English is not good n took some new chicken out the fridge for me . At this point I just wanted my money back n walked out . ?

We always called ahead of time when we wanna put an order in because we didn’t want to wait 15-20 mins but every time we go to pick up our order, they tell us they don’t have our order, making us wait all over again. This happens too often. They need to work on this.

I was disappointed they market they sell catfish but serve swai instead. This is a much cheaper fish than catfish, and they charge a premium as if it is catfish. Stick with their chicken wings.

If i could give a negative stars I would went today 5/2/2023 the person at the first counter was very very rude. Was rush me for my order and i told him hold on let me finish talking. He stated that he don’t have to listen to me and he has been there since he was 14yrs old and that he is the owner. My food was made incorrectly due to him having an attitude. These young pet will ruin your business!!!

Ordered a normal portion of food from this establishment and when I got home noticed I was missing the lemon pepper and hot sauce called in about it that very same moment was told that I would receive double the amount to make up for it next visit. I came in today and let them know I was coming to reclaim that “credit” just to be told no we can’t do that because you didn't bring the food back. I told them I was asked if I could and told them I could not at the moment. But afterwards was told I would still be reimbursed with more chicken next visit.

This place is very expensive to not have your food cooked all the way I order chicken wings and fries the chicken wings was not DONE I called the place to speak with a manager or owner the little boy hung up on me twice so I went back to the store to get my refund I only gave them 1 star because the fries was good other than that make sure you guys food is cooked all the way thru
