Our host Mori was equal parts entertaining and knowledgeable. Food and hands on experience was top notch. Her style, food and instructions are approachable and delightfully irreverent. Can't wait to try another class.
My husband and I love Japanese food so I was looking for a Sushi making class for Valentine's Day. And I'm so glad I found Mori and Katsumi's Teaching Kitchen online because it truly was a wonderful experience. Mori is absolutely hilarious and had us laughing the entire evening. She also shared with us her wealth of knowledge and we learned so much about Japanese cuisine and culture.
