So I ordered a cake for my baby’s first birthday and this is the second time they mess up, the first time was for my baby shower and they got the color wrong. Instead of pink they put blue. And last week we asked for a tres leches cake with mocha filling and it was dry with barely no filling. I honestly thought it’d be better this time but I’m kinda mad that they didn’t do tres leches for it.I was offering the tres leches cake to people and I felt embarrassed when my guests told me it was dry. I even told the person who told me how I wanted the cake that I didn’t want fruit and just the mocha filling, I thought they’d at least put more filling than that since they didn’t use fruits.

Bad experience!!!The bread is delicious and the cakes are innovative and rich, but on the other hand the treatment is terrible.The lady acts as if she was going to give you the product for free, reluctantly and almost by force.
Well my experience here was the worst I bought a cake and after they undercharged me it was more they don't know how to write things down well and then the employees are not very attentive they let you wait and even get annoyed and especially an employee who doesn't know take orders I know several people who have done the same thing to the same employee and then they say they have a loss the loss is due to the employee who takes the orders incorrectly several customers have left because of that employee and they will continue to lose them and finally my cake had Two hairs of hair I lost my money because I voted for it because it disgusted me
