A coworker took a few of us to the Keystone Diner. I ordered the vegetable omelette with potatoes. The omelette was so greasy it made my stomache upset. Also it wasn't very tasty, there was barely any cheese in there, well at least I couldn't taste the cheese, maybe because whatever oil was used saturated the taste. Potatoes and toast were the only thing good on the plate. I thought with there being slot of customers there that the food must be pretty good. I wouldn't recommend the omelette.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction concerning a recent experience at a local establishment, the Keystone Diner, which my grandmother and I visited for breakfast this morning. Our expectation for a standard breakfast was unfortunately unmet, leading to a highly disappointing encounter.
The service quality was notably below acceptable standards from the outset. Upon our arrival, we were not greeted at the entrance, which set a rather unwelcoming tone for our visit. Following our order, the food was served lukewarm, giving the distinct impression that it had been prepared some time ago and held inadequately, significantly compromising its freshness and appeal.
When I raised these significant concerns with a manager on duty, the response received was unsatisfactory. While I did not explicitly request a discount, the manager's immediate dismissal of such a possibility, coupled with an explanation regarding another manager's absence, did not adequately address the core issues of service and food quality that we experienced. Although an offer to remake the meal was extended, by that point, our trust in the establishment's ability to provide a quality experience had diminished, and we declined.
Furthermore, upon settling our bill, we discovered an erroneous charge for an additional portion of gravy. This was necessitated by the initial serving being insufficient for the accompanying biscuit, and regrettably, this extra portion was also served cold.
As a long-standing patron of this establishment, it is with considerable regret that I must conclude this was an entirely negative experience. Consequently, we will be discontinuing our patronage and will be seeking dining services elsewhere. This decision comes after a cumulative disappointment in the service and quality provided today.

Exceptional service and every time I enter there is a welcoming atmosphere. This is my 4th year eating at this beautiful homestyle diner and nothing has changed. Debbie is my fav waitress of all time because she is focused, attentive and caring. Her spirit is so pure. The owners (Tammy & Ron) are a blessing to this community. So are the staff! Wish I could rate higher but look no further for great small homestyle dining experience with family included.

I absolutely love Keystone Diner. The atmosphere takes you back to the good ol days when people were loving and welcoming you just feel good being there. It's very clean the staff are very friendly, considerate the food is amazing they serve nice portions of what you order, they make you feel like family .
