Went through the drive-through an hour before they close and they’re telling us they’re out of basically everything a famous bowl they’re out of they were out of nuggets. I mean you’re closing at 12 AM. We got there. I would say 1115 you can still put things in the air fryer to make nuggets or whatever we want also I’m pretty sure the mashed potatoes are premade. They’re already in the premade if you have a choice, do not go here. Do not stop here no matter what time it is or if you’re in Indianapolis is KFC is absolutely garbage.

I ordered my food through the app and didn’t get an item I let it go cause it was just one thing. I ordered again through the app and another item was missing and they gave me a chicken piece I couldn’t even chew.

It was very difficult to get service the person that was manning the counter kept disappearing. He didn’t ask if it was carry out or dine in which my friend and did. the mashed potatoes were watery. The chicken was overcooked. Not happy at all with this location.

I purchased the new special 6 piece chicken and 6 tenders 2 sides and biscuits. The sides I requested were mashed potatoes and gravy and cole slaw.I received 3 mac and cheese's which I didn't want. I had to go to the store to purchase cole slaw mashed potatoes to feed my family I was disappointed with the lack of attention paid to my order. This was not the first time I've received the wrong contents in my order but it will be my last because I am never going back.

Came in 15 mins after opening, only to be told they are still closed. The “manager” had an attitude and gave me a “duh” look saying does it look like we’re open? You guys should obv keep your doors locked until you’re open. Then I come outside and they’re just outside smoking and cussing loudly in the parking lot complaining about their job. Do better.

I don’t know why they have so many bad reviews because I only came here to give that place a 5 stars review because I went there and got me some fried chicken and OMG that chicken was so fresh and well seasoned, I never had KFC before since I am not from the US, but that chicken reminded me of my hometown chicken
