I ordered food online and waited until the app reported the food was ready. I came into the store to find employees arguing and a lot of confusion. I saw my order on the screen so I decided to patiently wait. After about 10 minutes without someone coming to the register, a young man stepped up and asked if everyone could wait for him. After stopping the young man that was was walking around aimlessly and asking him for my order. He laughed nervously and said it would be right up. A young lady that was attempting to get some order in the chaos came to the front and asked me if I would like crispy chicken instead of original because the original was old. I agreed because by this time I was ready to go. About 5 minutes passed and the young man hands me a bag. Inside this bag is a box containing 4 old pieces of original chicken to bricks of a biscuit and my coleslaw. I attempted to call up to the store to give them a chance to fix my order but no one answered the phone. I usually get decent service from this restaurant but today's service and quality was unacceptable. I guess I should spend my dollars elsewhere.

Apparently the KFC&Taco Bell on 21st near Post Rd. is just like the unfurnated title they give the East Side. Customer service horrible. Food dry , order not right. We just threw it away. Maybe it is true about the 21st century. They are a culture of lazy and just want the money generation. Y'all call it Warren Township. It's Warren Town not.

This is the most disgusting experience I've ever had. The food was old and overcooked, the chicken dry. The biscuits hard. The service was less than stellar. Workers rude, out of uniform. Manager served us and she was a seriously poor example. I paid $30 for rubbish food I didnt eat.

I don't recommend it's disgusting ? it's the second time I buy in a different KFC store and their food is disgusting black chicken I think they fry it with oil saved from time and all salty the black chicken inside the potatoes too salty 45 dollars to the trash that crap they gave me is not edible
Used to like KFC. Not so much anymore. Chicken is always extra greasy. Chicken pieces get smaller and smaller and the cost is ridiculous! Service is already marginal.
