Customer service is not very well. I ordered through the drive-in went home items weren't in my bag. I went back up there lady never replaced a whole meal just gave me my item. I left out the store with cold food. Won't be back here again.

Went through the drive-thru, lady serving was very unprofessional. Didn't turn her microphone off while helping other customers, was rude when I was picking up my food at the window. Not the first time I've had issues with this location.

biscuits were good, hot and fluffy and fresh, but man y'all need to stop serving old chicken, 1 you're going to keep losing business and 2 you're going to make people sick if you don't stop serving chicken that is way past its hold time

Immediately after placing my order I drive to the window to ensure that my family meal was ordered as “extra crispy”. I was quickly told by the angry woman preparing the food (not the nice lady at the window) that I should’ve said that when I ordered. While I agree - I apologized and told them that I wasn’t asked while I was ordering so it had slipped my mind. I could clearly see that she hadn’t yet prepared the meal either way - so it should’ve been a none issue. There were no other customers in line so I wasn’t delaying any other orders. The grouchy lady continued to be hateful when telling me it was too late and she was unwilling to change it. Then an aggressive man with gold teeth came to the window and told me I was stuck with what I ordered. Fortunately: I hadn’t paid and left without paying or receiving anything at all. This was all completely unnecessary and extremely poor service. To clarify: two employees working the food prep were very aggressive when interacting with customers. The young lady at the drive through window was very nice - but clearly being run over by the other two.

Ordered on the app, paid on the app. When I went to pick up the order was told I would have to pay again. I showed the emailed receipt, app the receipt was telling me I had to pay again. I pulled up my bank account showing the pending charge. Manager was rude. They cashed out my order to get me to repay. Called corporate and they saw it was paid for, while I was on the phone with corporate they canceled my order. All Corporate would do is refund my payment. I am extremely unhappy, advised if they just gave me what I ordered and paid for I would let it go, nope they refused so I posted a review on corporate page with the store address. Watch out they will try to double charge you. I guess the $17.42 I was charged was a small amount to them so they just figured I would repay. Will never go back to this location again. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Would give this place zero stars if it were a choice! Simply unprofessional and rude ! Angie the shift lead during my visit today was the worst ! Worst customer service I’ve ever received the food is always old and disgusting at this location . Contacted corporate. I hope they fix the place or just shut it down all together!

This KFC is so unprofessional every time I come to this KFC it's something. I go inside the person tells me I can only order at the kiosk, so I do. I asked for a receipt, she says she can send it to my email or I can print you out a paper one. The receipt is so generic it doesn't even have KFC on it, something from the older days when we had floppy disks, then she tells me if I had placed my order at the counter I would have got a proper receipt. You have got to be kidding me. Lol This is the very last time I'll be visiting this KFC. Because it's always something undesirable here.
