Ordered on the app, paid on the app. When I went to pick up the order was told I would have to pay again. I showed the emailed receipt, app the receipt was telling me I had to pay again. I pulled up my bank account showing the pending charge. Manager was rude. They cashed out my order to get me to repay. Called corporate and they saw it was paid for, while I was on the phone with corporate they canceled my order. All Corporate would do is refund my payment. I am extremely unhappy, advised if they just gave me what I ordered and paid for I would let it go, nope they refused so I posted a review on corporate page with the store address. Watch out they will try to double charge you. I guess the $17.42 I was charged was a small amount to them so they just figured I would repay. Will never go back to this location again. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Would give this place zero stars if it were a choice! Simply unprofessional and rude ! Angie the shift lead during my visit today was the worst ! Worst customer service I’ve ever received the food is always old and disgusting at this location . Contacted corporate. I hope they fix the place or just shut it down all together!

This KFC is so unprofessional every time I come to this KFC it's something. I go inside the person tells me I can only order at the kiosk, so I do. I asked for a receipt, she says she can send it to my email or I can print you out a paper one. The receipt is so generic it doesn't even have KFC on it, something from the older days when we had floppy disks, then she tells me if I had placed my order at the counter I would have got a proper receipt. You have got to be kidding me. Lol This is the very last time I'll be visiting this KFC. Because it's always something undesirable here.

I got a chicken sandwich today that was so old and tough that it was like chewing leather. It must be multiple months old. I've eaten hundreds of if not thousands of chicken sandwiches from fast food places over the years and never received anything this low quality. I'm genuinely worried that it may harm me because it's obviously extremely expired. Consider this review as documentation for the potential law suit that will come if anything happens to me after eating this. Can you guys just.......throw away expired chicken? Is that too much to ask?

Ordered takeout everything was good except for the sweet tea, it was molded. All fast food places should know if you serve sweet tea the lines need to be cleaned with bleach on a regular basis as the sugar and tea will stain and buildup causing mold. McDonald's has the same problem.
