I got a chicken sandwich today that was so old and tough that it was like chewing leather. It must be multiple months old. I've eaten hundreds of if not thousands of chicken sandwiches from fast food places over the years and never received anything this low quality. I'm genuinely worried that it may harm me because it's obviously extremely expired. Consider this review as documentation for the potential law suit that will come if anything happens to me after eating this. Can you guys just.......throw away expired chicken? Is that too much to ask?

Ordered takeout everything was good except for the sweet tea, it was molded. All fast food places should know if you serve sweet tea the lines need to be cleaned with bleach on a regular basis as the sugar and tea will stain and buildup causing mold. McDonald's has the same problem.

Are used to go there and their food was always so fresh but my last three visits my food was old cold and to be honest the chicken almost tasted rotten. I am truly disappointed in this KFC and will not be returning. However, I will say that the people they are very nice but their food you need to get it together ???

I ordered a big box meal, so it should have 2 sides. They only gave me one of the sides then argued with me about the missing side. I never left the drive-thru lane and clearly couldn't have hidden the other side. But they kept saying they gave me both sides while I'm parked right there, not moving. A complete rip-off
