I went to this KFC and receive the worst chicken I have ever had from a KFC. The chicken never held the batter I asked for white meat but the manager in charge insisted on giving me dark meat regardless of what I requested. The chicken had no taste very undercooked and I I told this to the manager she again insisted on giving me another batch of the undercooked horrible chicken never told the cook to cook it longer or none of that just put undercooked chicken up there for people to eat. I would not advise this on my worst of the worst enemy it is that bad. I just wasted $30 on the nastiest horrible service w/ a non listening Mgr...SMH . THIS ISNT FAST FOOD THIS IS HURRIED .RUSHED .. AND UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN.

Old and cold wings served. Called the restaurant to notify of this issue, terrible customer service with the manager on duty who wouldn’t provide a name, unprofessional service and speech, overall terrible customer experience. Avoid this location.

Had to go in, complain and pour them out into my hand before they would make a new batch.

Order 3 5pc meals 1 original & 2 crispy paid sound $57 got home and the chicken was so old, cold & dry. They must have tried to reheat the original back in the grease because it was black but still cold and dry, biscuits were hard on outside but somehow only 90% done inside. I call the store several times no answer which is strange because they were not busy. I’m so disappointed I have to spend more money on food. Never ever going back to that location.

I recently started going here, but only a 3-5 times in the past 2-3 months (all drive-thru orders). One thing that stands out about this KFC are the smiling faces, the cheerful attitudes and customer service in general…

…This, of course, is sarcasm lol. It’s ALWAYS been depressing to interact with whoever is working the drive-thru. One time I asked for a little extra honey and she said, “You can, but it’s gonna cost ya 25 cents a pack!” I said no problem. All the other times were complimentary. So who knows.

They don’t greet you hardly at all, if at all period. They look at you as if you had just killed their brand new puppy dog.

Another lady questioned me for daring to ask for a couple extra packs of honey (what is it about the honey at this place? 🍯). One lady was an exception to the rule though, she gave me a boatload of honey lol.

Nonetheless, if you plan on going through the drive-thru here, just be prepared for a depressing experience. Doesn’t make you think highly of the job they probably do when it comes to the actual food itself. Thankfully I don’t get much, nor often. Perhaps no more. That’s what bad customer service does for business.

I will be filing a police report I ordered food through Uber eats from this store and when my 10-year-old daughter opened her food, there was a smoked blunt in her box with her food. The manager did not care tried to blame Uber, but the bag was tied so tight. I had to cut it open, so clearly nothing could've been added to it. She told me do what I need to do and that was the end of the car I will be hiring an attorney and filing a report

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my recent visit to your KFC drive-through. I ordered a variety of meats and politely asked the young man at the window for some ranch. Although he initially provided two, when I kindly requested one more, he responded in a rude and dismissive manner. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered such behavior from this employee. On previous visits, he has consistently displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism. During one particular visit, he even failed to give me my drink. I believe that customer service is a critical part of any business, and it’s disappointing to experience such treatment repeatedly. I hope you will address this matter and consider providing additional customer service training to ensure a more friendly and respectful environment. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a positive change during my future visits.

Theybrush you to place an order then when you confirm they heard you correctly they get an attitude and your order is wrong. I think they do it on purpose.
