Shelby was our drive thru attendant, rude. Voice level was a 1 /10. I got the wrong change back, I was pulled forward for my food, but it was cold. Asked for easy ice, she put none. I guess I was waiting on fresh dessert bc that was the only thing hot;apple poppers amazing. This is why I always go to the Speedway location, people act like they care! You guys have to do better. Give your employees incentives so they care about their job.

Oct 1, 2023 - Afternoon: I bought original recipe chicken & sides to go. The lady at the counter was very professional. The chicken tasted very good, but was a bit greasy & dark. The mashed potatoes & gravy, and slaw were good. I had to ask for butter & jelly for my biscuit. The meal was good - I'll be back. ?Vegetarian options: Slaw and mashed potatoes & gravy
I ordered a 8 piece chicken only and when I got home there was only six pieces in my box. I returned to the store and they acted as if they already knew what had happened, the lady that placed my order was gone but they didn't seem surprised at my actuation. Every time I go there something is wrong with my order!
The pieces in our 12 piece bucket were small and overcooked. Very dry. Usually good here with friendly people.

I purchased the eight piece family meal for thirty dollars including tax. The chicken was burnt BLACK!!!!!!!When I called and spoke with the manager his words were “Bring it back and I’ll replace it.” They deserve to be CLOSED DOWN for GOOD.

This location is ok, but they need to bring back grilled chicken and green beans maybe add baked beans. My go to meal every week. The employees are friendly and supportive about the grilled chicken.Kid-friendliness: Everyone misses grilled chicken and green beans but add baked beans please then this place is 100% perfect

Order taker pretty slow but she was prompt when greeting. Gave chicken that was way over held. And not given what was requested. Gnats by the beverage station are out of control. When I brought food back in I was denied a refund. Event hough I hadn't touched my food. Tons of time wasted they made me wait for chicken because I couldn't get a refund. Sitting in lobby over 8 additional minutes. KFC has certainly gone down hill.

Very bad attention, the workers do not answer even if they are unoccupied, they prefer to be talking and they keep one waiting for up to 20 minutes
