The manager MOE had a horrible attitude and didn't give us the rest of food we asked her at the window we wanted to ADD 2nd item she ignored us and preceeded to check us out. I will not be returning to this KFC again.

Ordered a 4pc special, two potatoes/gravy and coleslaw slaw but once I got home I just had the side dishes and a box with 10 biscuits 🤬🤬🤬 PISSED OFF!!! Believe me, I'll be turning them and want my money back with NO RESISTANCE!!!!!

I ordered through door dash last night for my family, the whole order was messed up, they sent me whatever they had left, dried out chicken; didn't add sauces to my tenders as requested, watered down drinks, incomplete meals, just overall a frustrating experience, I tried calling the store several times, no answer. I have tried KFC, and I'm over it, every time has had something wrong and I've given them chance after chance for them to get this right. I'm done. This place will never get a penny from me again, none of them.

Don’t order online! We went to pick up our order and they said someone else picked up our order and it wasn’t their fault. Something suspicious is going on. It said it would be ready in 5 to 15 minutes and by the 15 minute mark we got there and “already gone”! The lady said “it’s not our fault we set it out there and someone picked it up” so you’re asking me to verify my order but you put them out where people can take the food freely, yes it is your fault! I honestly think they are taking the food and money and telling us “someone else picked it up” the one manager was very hostile and aggressive. Why be so aggressive if you’re not guilty! Some fraud is definitely going on. We didn’t get our food we paid for and we had to call and get our refund! Horrible management and service. They definitely need to be investigated and looked into if customers are getting free meals. And the customers that paid for the meal are getting yelled at and told there is nothing they can do. I called corporate and pushing this case farther, she was so hostile she made us wry uncomfortable.
