Don’t order online! We went to pick up our order and they said someone else picked up our order and it wasn’t their fault. Something suspicious is going on. It said it would be ready in 5 to 15 minutes and by the 15 minute mark we got there and “already gone”! The lady said “it’s not our fault we set it out there and someone picked it up” so you’re asking me to verify my order but you put them out where people can take the food freely, yes it is your fault! I honestly think they are taking the food and money and telling us “someone else picked it up” the one manager was very hostile and aggressive. Why be so aggressive if you’re not guilty! Some fraud is definitely going on. We didn’t get our food we paid for and we had to call and get our refund! Horrible management and service. They definitely need to be investigated and looked into if customers are getting free meals. And the customers that paid for the meal are getting yelled at and told there is nothing they can do. I called corporate and pushing this case farther, she was so hostile she made us wry uncomfortable.

How are you gonna forget a drink, napkins, our sauce, and CUTLERY. They can't do their job right. Start managing your staff because this was the worst service i've had in awhile. Not to mention they looked mad the whole time like WE did something wrong. Ridiculous.

KFC North Michigan Road - Placed a mobile order. Went to pick up, order was not there, and was told the order had already been marked as completed and there was nothing we could do but call a 1-800 number. They sit the orders out on a shelf and do not confirm who is picking up so please be careful ordering from here. There was no sympathy for the mistake. No apology. The dismissive female manager was beyond rude with zero customer service skills - not a hint of kindness/empathy in her demeanor as if the mistake was ours. I’m sure if the shoe was on the other foot, she would expect at least that.

Food always comes out good. Only thing I run into is I like to get the fill ups boxes and large size them. Every time, literally the last 5 times I have went there, I have ordered the 3 pcs. Tenders fill up and large size it with both sides mashed potatoes and gravy and a Pepsi. Every time they get quiet for a bit or say hang on one second then come back on and say we can't large size the sides. Where then I have to read what the menu says and explain to them I'm not trying to large size the sides. Im just trying to large size the combo. (Large sizing it gives you an extra side and a large drink) Im not sure where the disconnect is, but it seems like they would understand what the menu says and that when I say make it a large combo, I'm just ordering what the menu offers.
