Ordered online for pickup ....restaurant was clean however I was giving a hard time about my order because my wife placed the order and I went and picked it up the gentleman new I wasn't a sonya and was really trying to card me for some chicken .....that's ok I can get over that part I know there's some shady people out there but I did have the card that purchased it and i had the exact order and exact total ...still wanted to give me a hard time .when I finally get my food home there is missing mashed potatoes....they gave me mac and cheese instead .....put the gravy in there but no potatoes....I didn't order macaroni and gravy I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy ....instead of giving me a hard time acting like I'm trying to steal something you should of focused on getting the order right also when someone orders extra crispy don't put half of your soggy undercooked original in there try to cover it up by putting 2 peices of extra crispy on top ....now I ask you who's really stealing from who if you have that bad of an attitude don't work in the food business

The guys communicated upfront there was a wait, the reason why, and apologized. They had great attitude in spite of unexpected increase, I only seen 3 men on staff. The best customer service I've seen and experienced anywhere in a long time

I cannot believe this place is still open. Got there at 4pm when time for people to stop by after work. Was told they had no Original chicken and the cook was just coming in. They had crispy and I should have known it would be bad. I think it was chicken that had been sitting there since lunch. Same as last time I came in. Chicken was tough.

First the Drive thru lady was very dirty looking and dressed out of uniform. My bill waa $19.62 I gave her $20 and she says she doesnt have any change. Then i ordered the chizza meal at the window she tells me they were out if chicken filets to make the chizza. She also said they didnt carry blackberry lemonade which is advertised on the menu. She then gives me my drink and doesnt tell me they had no ice, but still give me my warm rootbeer. Also i got no reciept. Bad Staffing!

Went through the drive-thru to order dinner. Started my order and was cut off and given a total. When I stated I had more to order, the staff member got short with me. Each and every time I tried to order a new item, the staff member cut me off and talked over me. Finally completed my order, went to the window and the manager started handing me drinks. When I asked for a drink carrier, I was told they didn't have one. I was told they were on a timer and that's why he was rushing me. The manager, then, continued to talk over me, cut me off, and accused me of cursing when the harshest thing I said was "heck". I handed back the 2 drinks I already received, told them I was calling corporate, and I left. I will never be back to this establishment. There was no excuse for the rude service. None.

Couldn't rate atmospere since went through the drive-thru. But the only thing good about this location was employee at window was friendly other than that the chicken was cold, bisquits were hard, corn was ok but cold. I thought at least I will finish my Root Beer, but NOPE, it was some disgusting diet drink! How can someone mess up a soda order!!?? I didn't get a receipt either. This location tiny bit better than Hwy 145/County Line Rd. Greenwood location but still very disappointing. Would not recommend...

I was there yesterday I sent my online order in at 4pm got there to get it at 430 when it "was ready" there was 3 people inside waiting for food I got my food at 5pm when I got home I was missing the 6 buiscuts 2large mac and cheese and there was no way I was going to go back and wait for a hour to get them .... this location really disappointed me I spend 50$ and got 12 pieces of old dry chicken and a small dry fry

DO NOT SHOP HERE! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO THEY SCREW UP SOMETHING! THIS IS THE LAST TIME ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN!!! TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR THEM FORGETTING TO GIVE ME BOTH ORDERS! My son ordered online. My friend ordered mine at the speaker. He was handed a bag and told "Nick's order is on top." When we open the bag Nick's order was the only 1 in it! When I drive there. They said "we wondered where you went." Despite the fact that this is my first time there today. Then he said he left after he was handed the 1st bag. Well then why did he say Nick's food is on top? I was so angry I just headed home after he finally brought my food out to my car. When I get home I was livid when I saw the pathetic excuse for a breat, a thigh & a leg. The breat & thigh apparently came from an Anorexic chicken. The leg I've seriously gotten bigger 1's from WingStop! When I called the dude said that's how they come now. Because KFC CORPORATE ARE CHEAP a MF's. Then I was told despite telling them I'd be bringing back ALL the food & the receipt I wouldn't get my $ back. BEST BE BELIEVING I SURE AF WILL!!!!
