Shut down this God awful location or find a competent staff to run it!!! Service is always terrible Orders are wrong 95% of the time Food is cold and old most of the time They are trifling. I've had my order be wrong and old for the last time. IDC if they are close. Do "us"better than this!!!!!!!

Rude woman in drive through, 9:30pm dec 9. Not helpful at all. Trying to rush customers for no reason even after she was met with cordial words only. Customer service 0 lol. I drove away fr lmao she’s giving i dont get paid enough vibes. Maybe learn a skill or two. Byee.

I put an order in online with the 40% promotion off the 16-piece bucket of chicken (only) to pick up. I picked up the order and noticed that there were only 12 pieces of chicken. I brought it to the attention of the employee, and she got the manager. The manager asked me what was wrong with the chicken I explained that I ordered a 16 piece which comes with 4 pieces of each kind of chicken (leg, wing, thigh, breast). She went to the bac back and came back with the bucket of chicken. Upon looking there were at least 5 legs on top. I knew it still wasn't correct. I said something again she said do I want the chicken or not. I stated I want what I paid for which is 4 pieces of each section of chicken which is the 16 pieces altogether. She then proceeded to tell me that all they had left is what she gave me because the cook is on break and that there is a $1.50 up charge for each breast. If I wanted what I already paid for I would have to pay an additional $6 for the 4 breasts that were already included in the price. She walked away and I just stood there waiting while the employees were all talking and making rude comments. The entire time I was respectful and just wanted what I paid for. After being ignored for 15 minutes I asked for a refund. The manager came back up and said they don't give refunds for online orders. I said okay how do I get a refund she said you'll have to go back online and request one. I stated I ordered it off of KFC website can she show or tell me where to go to get the refund on the website. She stated she doesn't use websites and doesn't know. She then said I'm trying to work with you, and I responded how are you trying to work with me and you won't give me what I ordered or a refund. Basically, at that point my only choice was to take the food they gave me, which wasn't what I paid for, or taking nothing at all and lose out on $25. This manager should not be a manager at all. She was rude, disrespectful, and did not try to fix the problem that they caused. She had zero customer service skills.

My biscuit was so soft and the chicken was nice and juicy and I also ordered mac n cheese, all of it was sooo delicious and I appreciate the crew that worked there this morning. They had JUST owned when I walked in and they were all nice and working hard and had the food ready, okay. The lady that took my order was so sweet. Thank you yall!

So had gotten this sandwich tonight on my way to work. Now I know they don’t put ketchup on their original chicken sandwich’s. Tonight I had gotten half way through when my bun had flopped over and I seen a red substance on my sandwich. Was highly nauseous after seeing it. ???
