Me and a coworker of mine went in because there was only one car in the parking lot. When we walked in there was a guy who said he had already been waiting 10 Min for someone to come to the service window. The drive thru wasn't packed at all so we don't know why they took so long. When they finally came to the window 5 min later they told us we had to order through the drive -thru. So we walked out to jump in the drive thru. So when we got there I told the cashier that it was gonna be two separate orders she said they don't do with a little attitude but I wasn't worried about her trying to get smart. Then I told her we tried to come in in order that's why we came in she proceeded to say we don't do it on the inside I was confused after this . We just left because we already wasted time on our break. Worst service ever

If you have not tried their new Cheza, which is a chicken based pizza, you should try it a nice base of tender juicy chicken breast meat with country cooking and all those spices delicious. The crew at the drive-through window is proficient, prompt, courteous and accurate with your order, taking and filling.. pull up to the waiting spot, increases the efficiency in the drive-through

They closing this store an hour an half before it's time. Then say you can only get 15 minute old chicken tenders. They were rude nasty and just ghetto. I don't expect much from the eastside though. I'm sure the general manager just as ghetto and actually approves the early closing. This entire store should cease to exist really. No one wants to work at all on this side of town you better off going 20 minutes out your way to a place where the people actually work

I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and there famous bowl and this is how it came. Those are actual bones and a whole breast on the sandwich. I stabbed the roof of my mouth when I took a bite of it not expecting it was a whole bone between the bread. I will NEVER come here again or order here ever again and I do not RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

My food is always fresh for the most part. But service is always really slow never have enough employees. Ive had to wait 20 mins on a small order then had to go in to remind them i was still waiting cause they forgot bout me plus forgot about the other two people they pulled & parked too.

The best KFC I've been to in Indianapolis. Management and her employees are amazing and very patient and very happy people who you really just want to be around. Trust me when I say it's a pleasure to live near by this KFC!! You guys/gals are amazing!!!
