Pulled up to drive thru at 8:45 pm. Ordered 16 piece chicken tender but they told me they had only 3 left. I asked what time they closed and they told me 11:00pm. I said I would wait for some fresh ones but they told me the fryers were down for deep cleaning.Why are you cleaning fryers with only 3 tenders at 8:45pm. Your a KFC for crying out loud. Take care of your customers and you lost out on a $100 order!!!

Came around 6pm and District manager was there and claimed he can’t help get on the line to help with backed up orders because he “had 4 more stores to go to.” Keep in mind who you have in upper management because your employee morale and retention depend upon it.

Arrived at 10:30am on 10/13 - attempted to go in the lobby but it was closed even though the door states it opens at 10am. I then watched a male employee with brown curly hair walk out to an orange mustang and leave. I attempted to go through the drive through (states it opens at 10:30am) and was met with silence. Can’t even order here - can’t trust the business hours and the other reviews lead you to believe you may not want to eat here regardless. Probably won’t be in business much longer.

We ordered chicken tenders and barbecue dipping sauce. Anyway the chicken was raw, it was not cooked properly and worst of all we did not get our dipping sauce which sucks.. ??.. it's frustrating not to get what you pay for.. do not recommend it.. this makes me wonder how come a place like this is still in business, really the staff are so unfriendly, it's like they hate their job and make you pay for their broken plates and take it out on you.

I bought a 12 piece bucket. the chicken was OK, but the biscuits were very small, dry and hard as rocks. I'm VERY disappointed. I don't know if this is normal now, but I would not recommend the buscuits.
