I really don't even want to give any stars to this location. The manager herself definitely did not do what she was supposed to do. I asked for original she gave me Krispy had a attitude the whole time at the window. Most of the time when I come to the location the same manager has an attitude like she's not happy to be there.

Went there 2 hours before closed. They were out of most of the options they had. After we eventually figured out what they had left we got to the drive though window only to find out they didn’t have part of our order. They gave us Mac and cheese instead but they gave us all of 6 noodles. They also forgot some of our sides and we got the kfc bowls and they only were like a third full of cold mashed potatoes with like 3 pieces of chicken and unmelted cheese. After we left we also found out they forgot part of our order. I get its fast food and we went later at night but it was 2 hours before they closed, not right before, and it was $35 for 2 people. If I’m going to pay restaurant prices I expect restaurant results. Not missing and cold dinners.

Just wanted to shout out To the lady doing drive thru on 11/20 at 12:00pm I had a crappy morning when I pulled up to the drive thru her present made my day better so was very pleasant, upbeat, and enthusiastic. When I approached the window I even thanked her for being so pleasant and polite she was what I needed to make my day better thank you.

It’s really insanely ghetto to close an hour before it says you close on google and then stop making your main entree right before you “close”. If you don’t want to work baby just go to the food pantry and say that. Otherwise it’d be amazing if you did some work. This is actually crazy. Yum Brands really loses millions every year because yall are too lazy to clock in and WORK for your ENTIRE shift. It’s not only time theft but it’s also negligent of the entire purpose of you being paid to be there. Seriously get help boo boo.

Great service. Fast. Ready. Hot. I drove from the Fall Creek area. The KFC near my home had a 20 minute wait. I knew this one was good, ordering drive through while running errands in the area. Both times were for the Tuesday bucket deal.
