This is ridiculous! I just ask the guy if he had any fresh chicken ? The answer was no at 3:46 pm the food was completely trash . Never again I want my money back this is a shame . Why is the original chicken gummy, hard, chewy ? that’s suppose to be the most moist chicken . The gravy was a drip of gravy, I wanted one coleslaw , mash , I got stuck with two thick mash , no gravy , two stone biscuits. Wow I’m floored .

For some reason there is never sufficient staff to take care of the volume of traffic that comes to this location. On a more positive note, the home bbq wings were off the hook.

I went past the drive through in favor of eating in. Wrong move. With only one cashier to handle both dine in customers and drive through the wait was excessive. Yet, in the end, I had one incredible feast.

Service is seriously lacking. My wedges were luke warm, i watched them sit on the counter for a few minutes. What i originally ordered wasn't available. Still did not quite get what I ordered either. I asked for sauce on my wings. Also received no flats at all! Today was Wednesday and no country fried steak, lol. Felt like a bother to be ordering, felt unwelcome, as if my ordering from her was too tasking.

I am giving 2 stars because of the managers professionalism after my complaint or it would be 1 star. I called in and spoke to a male manager because apparently my order got mixed up either someone else's. I received half of my order and half of theirs, either way the workers need to pay more attention on what their doing. He apologized and offered me a replacement, which was fine if I wanted to eat KFC again, but because of the bad experiences I keep having, I'm good, I don't want anything else from them. Hard earned money being wasted is getting old. When calling customer service they want to give you a partial refund and the restaurant messes up on your whole order and this is insane. A lot of these restaurants have ran their course and need to shut down, KFC will never get another penny from me.

Asked for fresh food it came out the window before I could finish paying I asked the cashier is the food fresh like I asked she said yes it was not fresh…. I come back inside and simply ask for a refund when the stud manager told me they don’t give refunds… so I told the dike manager to remake my food and she said it’s gone be the same I said ok make it again I did not want the food but had no other choice I gave it to a homeless guy down the street

First let me start off by saying it's been a long time since I've been to this Kentucky Fried chicken. This will be my last to this location. But I got home with my 10-piece of chicken, not one piece of skin was still on the chicken. Instead what was a crispy outside, was now a slimy pile of who knows what. When I started eating what was there I'm not sure if it was even chicken. I would warn anybody to steer far from this location.

I think the staff just legitimately dislike customers. They behaved like they knew us personally and disliked us intensely. Cashier on the receipt is Karla. We ordered for here and it was bagged up to go. I don't think they salted the instant potatoes. Maybe they just discourage use of the inside of the restaurant.

No one in drive though. I sit to make order for five minutes then they tell me to hold on a minute. I wait 3 more minutes all of they’re open they say yes.(4:30pm). Then nothing else. If this is an owner operator I would strip them of the franchise. This location is the reason why people don’t eat kfc anymore.
