We love kfc. The only problem is most of time I ask for dark meat and end up with half the meat being white meat. The good thing is that they changed the biscuits m they are so flakey now .

Went in around 45 minutes before they closed. I was informed they only had extra crispy. Seems they just didn't want to cook the original recipe that's late. I had a coupon to get a bucket with three sides and I got the cheaper bucket of just drums and thighs that is not what I was ordering. They didn't have french fries and substituted corn and mac and cheese. The corn was dried out and very old. The only edible thing that I got for my 15 piece bucket and three sides where my biscuits and my Mac and cheese. It was a waste of money

The store has ROACHES ! ANTS ! and I found hair on my food , handed to me by the manager of the store . Do NOT go to this location ! You will get food poisoning
I was pulled up in the drive thru with no receipt to sit and wait on my food for 10 mins....when I finally received my food, it was not hot at all.....my 20 nuggets were not fully cooked or very old....my fries were definitely old and cold...I also did not receive my biscuit with my combo.....the mashed potatoe bites were disgusting...

There was an argument going on when we arrived, but we were traveling and hungry. So first we used the restroom, which didn't look like it had been cleaned in months. Then we placed our order. There was no issue with mine, but my traveling partner was told there would be a wait on his food, so he ordered something else. I received my order almost immediately, but my partner waited about 20 minutes for his food. I believe his food was fine when it finally came. I ordered chicken nuggets, which should have been called chicken morsels. No wonder it was so cheap. We would have been better off eating sandwiches from a gas station. We won't return.

I’m beyond disgusted the chicken is nasty and tbh I shouldn’t even tried it and the way it looks just makes me sick 🤢 and it look like someone took a piece of my biscuit and the chicken taste like it was cooked in the grease from 2024
