I ordered from here at 9pm had a big order and somehow they gave me the wrong order. My driver had to go back and get the right order by now it’s 10 pm my driver had to wait until it was 11pm just for store to cancel the order yeah never order from here again

I ordered from here and the door dasher stole the food they are supposed to check the dasher confirmed it and the fact that they open at 10 but can’t get nun till 11 is wild.. it may be my pregnancy hunger talking but this was a horrible experience and kfc workers needa do better 🤦♀️

I normally wouldn’t even do the work to get online and write a review but this place makes me see red. Not only did your workers give the absolute worst costumer service and continued when I got to the window, I believe they purposely messed up my order. I didn’t get half of my items & what I did get there was still something that wasn’t correct. They gave me such horrible attitude in the line I had to ask them to repeat themselves to make sure I heard myself correctly. They give me the nastiest looks and attitude when I get up to the window and they don’t even speak. I genuinely hope whoever can, will take this review into consideration and evaluate your “employees”.

My friend and I ordered 2 thighs each and they were the biggest thighs we have ever seen. We were hoping all KFC's in Mississippi were like this. We were wrong. But we enjoyed the thighs we were eating at that moment.
