The store literally has mold on the ceilings bathrooms are filthy and there’s always trash on the kitchen floor nobody’s uses gloves and employees are very snappy and rude would not recommend anyone go eat here ever!

YESTERDAY I ORDERED FROM KFC THROUGH THE DOOR DASH APP. I WORK IN HEALTHCARE, WITH DEMENTIA RESIDENTS AND I CAN'T LEAVE MY JOB FOR LUNCH BREAKS, SO I ORDERED! A THREE PIECE COMBO, MEAL, TWO BREAST AND A WING, THE ORIGINAL RECIPE, MASHED POTATOES & GRAVY AND COLE SLAW AND WHAT I RECEIVED, WAS HARD, DRY, DARK, OVER COOKED, WHAT I'M ASSUMING WAS SUPPOSED TO BE EXTRA CRISPY (WHICH I NEVER ORDER) AND TWO COLE SLAW!! I REPORTED THIS TO DOOR DASH AND THEY ONLY OFFERED TO REFUND OR CREDIT ME, THREE DOLLARS AND SOME CHANGE, FOR A $16.00, INEDIBLE MEAL!! The place was clean and empty. There were a couple cars in drive-through, but there was no reason that I had to wait over 10 minutes to get an order placed. One gentleman from the other side, helping out with drive-through tried to get a couple people to come help me and they didn't finally I get someone to take my order and she wants to argue about a coupon and that I need to print it out when it's a scannable barcode .No, where on it does it say I have to bring them a printed copy of the coupon ridiculous. Her customer service was very lacking but the gentleman again brought out my food and was very courteous and polite. Luckily they have him working.

I was on this side of town today for a work meeting and decided to hit a drive-thru on my way back to the office. I was, believe it or not, not in the mood for a burger. So, I decided to give this KFC/Taco Bell location a try. As noted, I used the drive-thru so I can't speak to the full experience. This location does offer both KFC and Taco Bell. The menu is fairly well organized and they ask you up front which one you'll be ordering from. After browsing the menu, I decided to try out a chicken tender combo. Here, it was a K4 and included, theoretically, 4 tenders with fries along with a biscuit. Cole slaw was also included. I ordered an iced tea. I also requested a barbecue sauce for dipping. The person working the drive-thru was friendly and helpful. I will admit that I tend to say "thank you" a lot and I think it throws most fast food employees off. So, for whatever reason, I tend to get fairly good service (though certainly not always). I did not get what I ordered, though it worked out to my advantage (and had I not been driving thru I would have acknowledged that). I ended up getting eight chicken nuggets, fries, a biscuit, and cole slaw. I'm pretty sure cole slaw wasn't supposed to come with my meal and I definitely didn't order it. Though, it all balanced out since they didn't include utensils and I couldn't eat it anyway. I kind of felt like eight nuggets balanced out to four chicken tenders. So, I didn't feel too guilty. To be honest, the food was fine and it was a nice change of pace. I will say that I miss KFC's potato wedges - they were vastly superior to the fries. One of the things I like about KFC is they have a decent-sized medium drink. With most fast food joints these days, it's hard to stay under a ten spot. This entire meal was $7.95 (acknowledging, of course, that I didn't receive the correct order). Overall, this was really neither a good nor bad meal. It was your average fast food experience. It was a pretty good meal at a great price. The employee was friendly and while the order was inaccurate what I did receive was pretty tasty. Will I rush back? Of course not. Will I go out of my way to come here? Not a chance. However, if I'm in the area and need a quick meal I would return. Because I didn't go in, I can't accurately review accessibility issues that I would ordinarily address.
