They all came from piled up in the back to cook after saying the speaker in the drive thru was down??♀️. While I was standing there they took a drive thru order?. Man! They were so high! The Mgr was talking to a pile of napkins. I was like... what are yall doing in here?!? It was a mess. But I will definitely go back. I ordered a 2 piece. By the time they were done fixing my order, I left with 5 pieces of chicken???. A mess for sure!

This place is a little undesirable to visit. It's pretty dirty inside, they're always out of something and understaffed. I will say their saving grace is that the food is hot and pretty decent which is why I gave two stars.Update, 5 years later....zero change. Me and my brother sat at the drive-thru window waiting on our two meals for half an hour. I went inside and everyone was cutting up and not even paying attention to their job. Food was just over room temp.

I ordered a 4 pice chicken tenders meal from East 21st street indianapolis indiana location and I know the Mac and cheese had to be from closing last night and the chicken strip tasted like they was left overs from night before too is was so super dry and really hard and tasted so stale and mack and chess was clumpy no creamy cheese at all it was dried up in spots really gross food I'm very disappointed I'm really not feeling good after eating at this resteraunt

Guy in the drive thru was nice but slow. That's the most positive thing. "No chicken just nuggets and strips." More than once and that's bad since I only come here every 6 months after I forget how bad it is. I ordered a famous bowl which turned out to be a bowl of potato paste with 4 pieces of dried chewy chicken and barely enough gravy to cover the top. So bad. I also got 12 (mini) nuggets, which they forgot so I had to go back 30 minutes later. $18 for that. Lesson learned permanently. I will not be back.
This is a KFC in name only. This was my third and last time ordering there. It doesn't even taste like real KFC. The Home Office should look into it.

I placed a mobile order for pickup at 5:15pm EDT. I get there to find out there is no cook so unable to get my order. When I asked for a refund I was told I had to do it through the mobile app. The mgr Destiny show no empathy. When I requested the name/phone # of her boss I couldn't have it. Destiny said she was new employee who didn't know the story # or the 800 # customer service. I was told her boss was on the way. I retreat to the back of the lobby, find & call KFC national customer service. While on the phone another employee informs Destiny who I am speaking with. From the back, Destiny is screaming she doesn't care. A bit later she comes up & asks me to leave the restaurant. I said why would I when I am waiting on her boss. She then says she is calling the police. I said please do. I'm still on the phone with customer service when the police arrive. Destiny tells the officer her boss should be here in 10 mins. I conclude my phone call. The police asked I wait in my car till the arrival of Destiny's boss. This person never arrived. This place is ghetto and trashy. I ordered online and get there and they said they didn’t have any chicken, any sandwiches, any food. There inside doors were locked at 8pm so had to talk through the drive through. They ambiguously told me “we’ll” have to cancel that order. Having no idea what that means if they’ll do it or if I’ll need to do it and how to make sure I’ll get my money back they then said I’ll need to do it. Then proceeded to wait on hold for 15 min just to cancel order they completed at store. It was a mess but all in all go to one in Plainfield.
