I like Kyuramen and TBaar. The service is great, and it has cool decor. The blonde girl up front is always pleasant and gets me seated quickly. The ramen is in my top tier of ramen in Indy. I've had several types of ramen, and all are good, but the tonkotsu is my favorite. The popcorn chicken is really good too. And I always leave with an oolong milk tea.

Ramen decent. Boba is small and mid. Manager lady at the front was very rude.

Ambiance is cute. Food is 5/10. It's not bad, but the flavor seems to be lacking. Oddly, it seems like things needed more salt. The spicy things are hot, but that is where it seems to begin and end with flavor. I tried the dumplings and Korean Ramen. I also ordered a side of the tonkatsu. After a couple of bites a I realized the PORK WAS RAW!!! I thought I was going to die...I suppose there is still a chance! They took it off of the bill, but I would think that with something like that, a manager would come by the table. I paid for the rest and got a to go container because I couldn't eat after that.
The servers are nice, but they act like they are scared to talk to you which makes you feel sort of unwelcome. It's a weird vibe there. I hope they can get it together.

Ordered a hot saki. The young server asked for me and my girlfriend’s IDs. My girlfriend doest drink and didn’t have her Id on her. He goes on to say it’s the law that everyone at the table must show their ID even if they arent drinking and he would lose his license. He finally says it’s fine then storms off. Comes back with my hot saki 10 minutes later. It was literally just hot water. And we were charged for it. Is that theft? He never came back to the table after that so he knows what he did. Food and location were cool though. Still probably won’t go back because of my experience.

This is a ramen shop with some interesting interior design (hexagons anyone?)

The ramen is quite good, if a little pricier than most places. They do offer some combo deals which helps.

If you want a more isolated experience, there are several private tables with curtains.

Amazing first experience! I was kindly greeted upon entering and seated immediately! I was offered two options, a private booth or a honey comb. I ordered the vegetable miso ramen, coconut milk tea (with added lychee jelly), and the Japanese cherry blossom jelly for dessert. Both the food and drink menus were full of amazing options. The ramen was very flavorful and fresh, some of the best ramen I’ve ever had! The coconut milk tea very very delicious and refreshing! The Japanese cherry blossom jelly was very unique and light! I loved it! The servers very super friendly and I will definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!

Incredible experience and amazing food! We saw this place show up and had a bad experience at another ramen restaurant a while back. To our surprise Kyuramen was FANTASTIC! The food was exceptional and we sampled a lot of different things including appetizers, ramen bowls, Thai iced tea, kimchi, and more. All of them were delicious and the experience was amazing. I’m so happy we stopped in and will be back!

I cannot rate Kyuramon highly enough. The servers are eager, helpful, and welcoming. The food is the best!!! As for atmosphere, ask to sit in the honeycomb. This is such a wonderful place to eat.

Chill Vibes, Cool Robots, and Delicious Ramen
Stopped by Kyuramen in downtown Indy for an early dinner and was seriously impressed. The atmosphere is super unique—chill, modern, and really relaxing. Got seated right away, and the honeycomb-style pods gave it a cozy, semi-private feel that was perfect for unwinding.

One of the coolest parts? A robot rolled up to deliver some of our food! Totally unexpected and fun to watch. The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and the food hit the spot. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re looking for something different and delicious downtown.

Absolutely Fantastic!!! Fried dumplings were the best, perfectly cooked fresh and the sauce. I had the Yinyang loved the option of trying 2. We will definitely return.

Food is spot on every time there is one particular serve who is incredibly rude on all 3 of my visits he price checks with everything I order and I never see him do it to anyone else (short haired man MOD told me that he has gotten a lot of complaints about him). I also had a food runner rub his nose while performing table side dressing of my omurice. Also noticed cooks to include the individual who rubbed his nose over my food coming in and out of kitchen without washing hands and handling food. Also I noticed employees keeping drinks on the food prep line in kitchen. Multiple health code violations. I paid in full and left a tip then asked to speak with a manager and was glared at as a form of intimidation from the server who I mentioned before. I explained all this to the manager and advise him to retrain his staff. Also informed managers are not allowed to correct kitchen staff!!! Huge red flag. As a Korean American and a local General Manager of a restaurant I’m disappointed too have so many fellow Asians glare at me while trying to help them make more money and improve service. Again food has been perfect and to my liking every time and the interior layout is beautiful. Don’t let bad staff ruin a good thing, and don’t let them hurt Asian American culture.
