I guess they ran out of vegan cheese? Ordered online and my husband didn’t have his phone when they texted him. I got a sad pizza with no cheese (and barely any sauce to make up for it?) at the regular price of course. You should probably call so this doesn’t happen to you
I don’t know who answers the phone at the Downtown location. But she is so nice and so professional. She helped me with the situation and was as kind as I would ever want to expect from somebody. Thank you so much. Also, we found this place by accident recently and we have fallen in love with Pizza so we really do enjoy going here.
Honestly a bit of a conflicted review to post, but tip enforcement for picking up orders can definitely leave a bad taste in your mouth. I’m all for shopping local, but at some point, what are we exactly paying for? For context, our pizza order wasn’t right, one of them came out burnt, and our order was 30 minutes later than we were told would be ready. So… why exactly am I being hit with an extra tax? Maybe $90 for 3 pies is normal these days. Idk
Got home and shared a bit of frustration about it to our party. Agreed we’ll be doing pizza business elsewhere…

We ordered online. Due to how busy we knew they’d be we decided to grab a drink at the bar while we waited. We ended up strong an hour and half because the bartender was amazing. Greta service, great conversation (team Volvo) and just a great vibe. Will definitely be coming back. If you go, be patient but it’s so worth if there’s a little bit of a wait.

The pizza was okay, I’ve had better than this in the city. It is also a bit overpriced for the kind of pizza. And it was very loud in there.

Today was my first time trying King Dough and it was so good!
I came with two friends, one who is vegan and another who is pescatarian and we ordered two different pies and the Greco salad. My pescatarian friend said my pizza (destroyer) looked so good he almost gave up his 10+ year commitment to being a pescatarian for a quick slice.
Luckily, his pizza (vegan pile) was fantastic too, but I think his comment only goes to show how stink-in delicious the pies look. I would post pictures, but we all inhaled our pizzas.
Outside of the food, I got a cocktail which was great! We also had a server who was fantastic. 10/10 I’m absolutely coming again!! 😊
Vegetarian options: You can choose from crafted pizzas and salads or you can build your own
Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free bread, vegetarian, and vegan options
Parking: We parked in the parking lot, but there is plenty of parking available on the street.

I have been to King Dough several times. Each time the food and service are top notch. How many pizza places have truffle fries, not enough if you as me. But King Dough does and they are both amazing.

Came in from out of town looking for some wood fired pizza. Atmosphere was good over all. Only complaints were tables were a tad cramped, sun was blinding through the windows (I’d recommend tint).
Service was superb. Our server was Jake. He did very well. Host was cheerful, an even stopped by to ask how things were.
Food was very good. Nice char on outside of crust. I wish I had cooked a tad longer though because my middle still was very floppy. The most negative on food was the cheese sticks. They had sugar on them. Very weird. A cup of Nacho cheese is $2 bucks!! I do wish they had regular black olives. Overall though, extremely good pizza.
An added plus is they had GF option for the wife. Best she’s ever had.

Had a great pizza and salad. They were doing a special so it was very economically priced and the large salad is huge!! Fun atmosphere and good quality ingredients.
