I went to the one on Keystone. I drove almost 30 minutes. They gave me the wrong food and I was really looking forward to it. I used to go almost every Sunday, but I haven’t been for a while and then I get the wrong food 30 minutes there 30 minutes back ridiculous

Trash service guy was on the speaker took the order and then waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes. No one ever came to the window so I drove off very bad. Poor Customer Service even a lady kept looking up as she was at the front register, but never came over to acknowledge me at the drive-through.

The food is really good. We got the 1/2 chicken, pulled pork sandwich, pulled chicken sandwich, greens, Mac n cheese, and corn bread. The greens were out of this world delicious! Linda is a sweet lady, and if you are reading this, I promise I'll bring you an apple next time we stop in!

BBQ rib tips were not as tender as described. I’m used to having a choice of several flavors of sauce, but this place only has hot and mild. I’m also used to having sliced bread as a choice, but the only choices were cornbread and dinner rolls. In the beginning, the cashier wasn’t welcoming/friendly; however, after realizing we were not tolerating the poor customer service, she corrected her attitude.

Got the wrong order, spoke to a lady name Frida told me to come back which I did on a Monday I guess she doesn’t work Mondays the lady at the front register was very rude and told me there’s nothing she can do so money down the drain customer service has to get better.
