. I recently tried King Ribs and ordered their ribs, hoping for a delicious meal. Unfortunately, the ribs were stale and not up to par. When I attempted to return them, I encountered a rude and argumentative employee, which added to the disappointment.The quality of the food was subpar, with the ribs tasting stale and not fresh as expected. This was quite disappointing, especially considering King Ribs’ reputation for flavorful dishes.Moreover, the customer service experience was less than satisfactory. The employee I interacted with,was a “ghetto slender girl with old braids,”she was rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue politely, she was argumentative and dismissive.Overall, my experience with King Ribs was disappointing due to both the quality of the food and the unprofessional customer service. I hope they can improve in these areas to provide a better dining experience for their customers in the future.

I came to the restaurant drive thru and ordered a chicken on bun and a few other items. Now the food was good but about this chicken on bun. As I’m about 1/3 through the sandwich I find a piece of glove inside the food. If I wasn’t eating it wit a fork or paying attention I’m sure I would’ve have ate it because it’s a white glove covered in sauce. Smfh im super upset because im convinced that it came off an employee finger because its literally the tip of a glove from a finger not only that i cant even finish my food this spoiled my appetite. Shame on all of yall

chicken was dry, over cooked and the baked beans didn’t taste too good the coleslaw was ok. The cashier didn’t smile she looked angry what happened. King rids was better back then.

Rib-tips where AWESOME. You can only purchase green beans at the Keystone location even though the 16th Street location has them on the menu, (not a good thing) greens are only available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I would like to see them have green beans and greens available at the 16th Street location instead of if being that I live on the west side of town to have to drive all the way on the east side of town but I would go ahead and go to Aldi's and buy my greens and by my green beans so I don't have to go to the east side of town

Beware!!! If you want good food go elsewhere!!!! Asking for a dinner with NO ENDS and they take it upon themselves to only give you ends is a slap in the face!!! Every piece was a brick!! Hard as a rock when I clearly asked for no ends and repeated what I wanted!! Y'all suck!! Every chance I get I will tell ppl to stay away! About my $20 and ghetto come to the window drinking her drink with attitudes as always! Do us a favor and close already ?️

Was super rude I drove all the way out here on my lunch break from work and couldn’t come back out I called and they messed up our sides didn’t even put the sauce on our food so it was all dry and called and she said there was nothing they could do unless I came back then hung up on me ver unprofessional and will not be back go to BBQ HEAVEN instead
