Got the half a chicken 2 dinners. The chicken was the driest piece of chicken I have ever had. It was so dry that the meat was not eat able. The macaroni was tasteless and mushy. Never again the worst BBQ I have ever had.

The last Three times they didn't have rib tips. Today they closed 20 minutes before 7:00 waste of time. horrible customer service, I don't know who's in charge of this establishment but they need to clean house and get some new people in there ASAP.. ??♂️?

I am unable to rate the food because they didn’t have the order that was placed Tuesday for a Saturday pickup. An order was placed Tuesday for a rib tip tray pick up Saturday at 5pm, name and phone number left with the order. Unfortunately the person who placed then order couldn’t remember if they asked for a 5pm pick up or a 6pm pick up and started calling at 5pm to verify. They called 5 times and no one ever picked up. When we got there at 6 the man preparing the food told us that he sold that pan because we were supposed to be there at 5. The lady at the counter said I’ve been busy and couldn’t answer the phone. The man preparing the food said I’ve answered every call note the voicemail box is full then accused us of calling the wrong location. Totally unprofessional and based on the reviews I’ve seen I don’t want food from here anyways.

I went to this location 3 times in the past 2 months and each time was horrible. Food cold/ barley warm. Very tough/ dry and the sauce wasn't good. So upset. I went at different times of the day thinking it would make a difference but it did not. A waste of time and money.

Came in Sunday ordered a large rib tip and large Mac and Cheese, totally wasted my money. The meat tasted like refrigerated meat not freshly grilled, and the Macaroni was cold and sour. I really expected a great meal on a Sunday was highly disappointed. I also tried to call them to warn them that the Macaroni was sour, but got no answer.
