My wife and I used to be regulars here. Since the new owners took over, the food has changed a bit, but it is still good. The back of house seems solid and consistently does a good job.
The problem is the front of house service. Over our last several visits, service has been poor every single time from the same male bartender. When it seems like they finally get a good bartender, that person is gone by the next visit. Instead, it is always the same rude and inattentive male behind the bar. That is why we are no longer regulars.
On our most recent visit, we sat at the bar long enough to place our own food order through their online menu before the bartender ever acknowledged us. Two other guests were served during that time that seated themselves after we did. When he finally came over and asked if we needed anything, I told him “no, that he seemed “busy”, and that we had already ordered online. We had planned on getting drinks and eating there, but I didn’t want to stick around after waiting that long.
I tipped the staff member in the back who has always been friendly, informed him of the issue and picked up our food, and left. The food itself was good, as it has always been. Unfortunately, the bar experience has completely ruined the place for us, and we will not be back anytime soon. Hopefully none of you have the same experiences we have, because this place used to be a gem.

Not safe and no security. I should never be hit in a bar. This place does not feel like a safe environment, and the management is lacking the skill and professionalism needed to handle situations properly. I would avoid this bar until serious safety improvements are made.

Overall this seemed like a pretty decent spot. Their foods looked amazing and did not hear any complaints in that regard. We went on a Friday with a group while they had a billards league playing. Now I'll admit, they were busy, but there was a particular female bartender that just could not handle that volume of orders. We placed our drink order with her, waited nearly 20-25 minutes while she took other orders, served people that ordered after us, and had a rude attitude with customers. Would not recommend going here on a Friday night.

10/10 service from Serena! Came for the first time tonight and had a blast. Service was great. We got the cheese curds and they were delicious

Beware! I ordered a drink, enjoyed it, then the bartender just set another one down in front of me. I didn't order it. I didn't want it. Not only was I charged for it, but my entire tab was charged to my debit card twice. I'm handling the double charge with my bank, but I will encourage you to look over your bill before you toss your card down!

Bartender was rude. Not friendly. Went on a Friday. My charges were posted that day and now today Tuesday I have a second charge for the same amount my card. I was warned before going there to watch my card for double charges and it happened. I will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate parties and disputing this second charge with my bank.

My wife and I stopped by to play a few games of pool. Was crowded with league teams but we managed to get one of the two tables in the back room. We stayed a couple hours and had several beers and glasses of wine. The tables are very nice, the service was friendly and fast. If we lived in the area this would be our spot. Will definitely come again on a future visit.
