Whenever I am in this area I always make sure to stop by this place. Today was no exception, I stopped by for a special they had. The host Kahmya helped me, and her customer service was extremely friendly! She was even able to help me in a special request.

Showed up 1hr before they closed. Doors closed, sign on the door said, "drive through only". They wouldn't come to the drive through. We called and they said they are out of all donuts and wouldn't make anymore. Was gonna order 4 dozen for an event. Their loss.

Walked in and the entire store was filled with smoke like something had burned. Waited a few minutes while the cashier helped someone else and other just stood around. After a 40 minute drive (which isnāt anyoneās fault but my own for not calling first) they do not have the grinch collection today. Itās a Saturday at the only location in the area and they donāt have the number 1 thing they advertise. No one seemed sorry just annoyed that yet another potential customer asking for something they donāt have. Donāt recommend

Didn't have my order correct when i got there and then gave me the wrong order.
We love Krispy Kreme, however, last night was the 2nd time that we drove out of our way to go there and they were closed. They are supposed to stay open until 10, but many times it seems they close before 9 which is very disappointing.

I just stopped by to get some donuts for my daughter, it was 6:30 and they were washing the machines in the kitchen, the place was full of smoke šØ and it didn't feel good, we were the only customers but there was no one at the counter, it wasn't Annoying for me because while I was deciding what donuts to bring. I'm not a fan of these donuts because they are extremely sweet for me, but my daughter loves them so that's why the 5 stars āŗļø

Iāve had a gift card for about 2 months now, every time i try to use it something goes wrong. Theyāre either closed by 6pm, even though theyāre listed to close at 10pm or like today, i woke up early to be able to get fresh donuts and i drive about 25 mins to get to the store for the man at the front counter to give the worst customer service experience iāve ever dealt with and then proceed to tell me i canāt use my gift card and when i try to order online to use the gift card everything is listed as āunavailableā. doing too much to eat a doughnut.
