I used to have an issue with the Kroger stores due to the quality of their prepared chicken and sometimes lack of availability of the stuff. Today I discovered a new fried chicken recipe of prepared chicken and it was great!

Bakery has never disappointed me so much. I've gotten cakes from them for years but this last one(orange, yellow, purple and blue) I received 10/31/23 was so hurtful. I paid a couple weeks in advance and the results weren't good at all. It looked very unprofessional, icing on top was too much, writing almost unreadable and the decorations went from extra large to small(left to right). It was supposed to be white icing with airbrushed edges

This kroger follows customers around. On my way out I was stopped by a woman. She said, I been watching you. I didn't understand at first. She repeated herself and I was confused. She said you did have that in your cart, I watched and that was never there!" I think some youtubers was filming, there's no way a manager approaches a customer like that. I said it's been there. She kept saying no it wasn't! Over and over and over. I said again yes it's been here the whole time. I asked are you accusing me of stealing, she rolls her eyes at me and continues with this foul treatment. Then she finally asked for a receipt, why didn't she ask me before insulting me, stalking me, harassing me, disrespecting me, and just plain unprofessional. Her face was pale when she saw I paid! I had tears rolling so I walked off. She screams sarcastic to have a nice day after her giving me this mean treatment, she has an ideal that ppl go through stuff and I don't get out bc I'm in the hospital all the time, she will insult and stalk the right one one day. Yes I went in my car and started balling, why would she do that to me, I was humiliated in front of alot of ppl. :(

Horrible pharmacy. They filled our prescription then the next day sold our meds to someone else because they needed it. Unacceptable!

Hello, I recently visited the local Kroger store on Pendleton Pike, Indianapolis, IN to make a special request in the Deli department. I was initially apprehensive to make the request because of past experiences and with everything that has transpired over the past few years with COVID 19 and the economy we have become short fused and less accommodating to each other. It seems that we as a people have been desensitized how to interact with each other and empathy, care, and respect is a thing of the past. I wanted to take a few minutes to offer a ray of hope. I asked for the manager expecting the worst outcome that my special request would not be honored. Then I am greeted by the manager, Kerri (not sure of the correct spelling) who not only listened but showed empathy toward my request and made me feel that my request was of the upmost concern to her (even though I know she tons of other things going on). I left the Deli on cloud nine feeling a glimmer of hope that there are still people in our society who care about providing ultimate service. This was a big deal to me because I have unfortunately become numb to subpar customer service. Kerri optimizes everything customer service stands for. Kerri went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was completely satisfied and that she totally met my needs. Kerri obviously has been grounded in excellent customer service and hopeful that she continues spreading her much needed culture abroad. Kerri is to be congratulated for a job well done! I am hope that this letter is passed to Kerri's management and shared with others. Should you have any questions I can be reached at (317) 534-7852. Regards, James Scott

This is one of the worst Kroger stores I've ever been to. I'm not even sure why I still go there. If I am driving by and I need something, I will run in quickly to grab what I want. The CSRs on the floor have an attitude and are unhelpful. The cashiers are unable to conduct themselves in a professional manner. I was there today and instead of ringing up my items, the only two women available at the checkout were gossiping. The man in front of me was treated poorly. I have a busy schedule. It's just rude to stand there gossiping while I'm waiting for service. Once all my items were rung up I started to bag them because there wasn't a bagger present. I wasn't able to bag everything because of the fact that I had to pay for them. I thought it was the cashier's job to bag when a bagger wasn't there, but I guess I got it all wrong. The cashier, Cheryl, realized that while standing there that she might bag the last few things for me while I make the payment, but then stopped and left an item unbagged. Then she left my bags laying out of reach instead of handing them to me and moved on to the next customer. More so, one of the cashiers kept pushing her way through the line between the customers instead of walking two steps to her right to get to her register. What's worse is that the line was growing and she didn't even open her register. This is the last time that I will ever go to that location. There is no customer service and they all hate their jobs.

Men's bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Toilets are dirty and no running water. I've used these restrooms multiple times thinking they will improve, but they haven't. Take your own cleaning supplies and something to wash your j hands with.

5 stars. We went to see if they had a plant and they did! They also had a specific sam adams hazy ipa and so many dairy free ice cream options. Can't wait to go back! If there was bell, I'd ring it.

NASTY DIRTY Kroger. They're turning into the nasty Kroger that used to be in Devon...Disgusting,Rude staff. Deli counter is gross...

In 2012, this was a great store. As Lawrence has declined, top businesses have become dirty, poorly stocked, run by rude people, and turned into second rate junk stores. Sad transition. The surfaces are dirty everywhere. Floors are disgusting. Counters are smeared and broken. Doors in freezing and cooling sections are broken, some completely off their hinges. The cashiers are beyond slow. I worked as a cashier and front-end supervisor for 7 years. There is no excuse for the poor level of service. Any question is met with guttural sounds of disgust and "I don't know," with no attempt to help. This store is doomed unless a hard-assed store director takes over and starts firing people. As for COVID, employees wearing their masks down around their necks does no good. Customers are worse. No mask, coughing on each other, standing right up next to you, etc. in summary, this store now gets a firm rating of: YUCK!

I guess I just don't understand why it is so hard for people to follow the mask rule. I went to the self check out and was bringing some items up and I was well. I had to void and I and walked over to the cashier. The man did not have his mask on properly. I asked him to pull it up and he seemed confused at first. He then apologized and stated "I'm sorry, I was talking to somebody" I politely said this is precisely the reason why you should wear a mask. There was no manager around. There is no supervisor available. Aside from the mask incident, the store seemed to be in total chaos. There were several isles you could not get your cart down because of stuff in the middle of the isles. I guess I'll just have to stick to Meijer
