Well kroger, you got me. I got some kroger coupons in the mail so I thought I'd try them out. I made my list for this store on the app and went shopping. Over half of my items weren't in stock but the app said they were. I also had a question to ask the bakery staff but she was too busy with her personal conversation to help me...I tried twice. Then when I got home unloading what they did have, 2 of the items were expired. Sheesh! I went to my regular store, meijer, to finish my weekly shopping. Lesson learned. Kroger coupons are going directly in the trash when they try to lure me again.

It's deserved a one star bc my brudda came back home and said an employee put his hands on him and his only 16 and he was bruised and police didn't press charges and we are sueing

DO NOT USE THIS BAKERY. I made an online order 4 days in advance, but they don't have a decorator. No one called and told me this so I showed up today and was offered an old cake out of the case for a discount. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I will change this review to 5 stars when you stop ? using so many plastics bags esp for pickup orders! I want a transfer to my reusable bags option or at least paper bags that is store wide. Ideally no more plastic bags ? TY -from Earth

I also want to be able to read all the ingredients online for the food medicine and products! The pictures are blurry and you can’t read the ingredients and they are not included in the descriptions ⚠️

Staff is helpful. Advertising is often deceitful. Special discount prices are frequently not programmed into register, or you have to scan a QR code that doesn't work, or there's fine print, etc
